Roland Falder. Roland Falder wrote his Zweites Juristische Staatsexamen in 1991 and is a lawyer and specialist solicitor for industrial law at the international law firm Taylor Wessing in Munich. He does consulting in the areas of dismissal protection laws, international labor law (especially Chinese labor laws) and works constitution rights. He has published works concerning corporate law in Tailand as well as many articles about national and international work laws. Mr. Falder is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) as well as co-chairman of the Employment and Immigration Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
Dr. Christian Frank. Dr. Christian Frank specializes in the protection of industrial property laws and copyrights. He received his Licencié en droit from the Université Paris II in 1991. He wrote his First and Second Legal State Examination in 1993 and 1995 respectively. He received his Doctorate (Dr. jur.) from the Ludwig Maximilian University in 1999. He is currently a lawyer and partner at the international lawfirm Taylor Wessing in Munich. He is a member of the International Technology Law Association, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik, and the Liga für internationales Wettbewerbsrecht. He has published various works from 2000 until the present. Aside from holding lectures in Business Law at the Munich Business School, Dr. Frank teaches as the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) of the Ludwig Maximilian University and Technical Univervsity of Munich.
Dr. Dietrich Kamlah. Dietrich is partner of Taylor Wessing and works in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on patents and matters with a technical background. His clients are mainly active in the field of IT and life sciences. Dietrich’s experience includes the representation of clients in court as well as advice in contractual matters and technology transfer. He also has extensive experience in the review and transfer of IP rights in corporate transactions.
After completing both German legal state exams in the years 1998 and 2000 in Passau and Nürnberg, Dietrich graduated as Dr. jur. in Erlangen with a thesis on antitrust law. Beginning in 2002 he worked for clients in field of intellectual property law in an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main. He joined Taylor Wessing in Munich in October 2005.
Dietrich has published several articles in the field of patent law, copyright law, trademark law and unfair competition law.
Dr. Christian Lederer. Dr. Christian Lederer completed his first legal state examination in 1992, received his Doctorate (Dr. jur.) from the University of Augsburg in 1994, and completed his second legal state examination in 1996. He is a member of the Deutsche Vereinigung für Gewerblichen Rechtschutz und Urheberrecht (GRUR), Association Interanationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Industrielle (AIPPI), and the Deutsch-Japanische Juristenvereinigung. He is a lawyer and partner at the international lawfirm Taylor Wessing in Munich. Dr. Lederer has years of experience consulting international companies both in Germany and abroad.
Dr. Dirk Lorenz. Dr. Dirk Lorenz is a lawyer and specialist solicitor for tax law at the international law firm Taylor Wessing in Munich. He completed his first legan state examination in 1995, his second in 1998, and received his Doctorate in 1999. Dr. Lorenz is a member of the Gesellschaftsrechtliche Vereinigung (VGR) and the Deutsche Vereinigung für Internationales Steurrecht (IFA). Dr. Lorenz has been the author of various books, articles, and unpublished research works.
RA Wilfried Reiners, MBA. Self-employed Lawyer in Munich. Studied Economics and Law at the LMU in Munich. Did an MBA in San Diego. Works with an international business consulting company. Consultant in reference to internet and media politics for the Bavarian State Government and the Minister of Internal Affairs, consultant for leading companies in relation to internet questions, founded a law firm in Munich in 1990.
Prof. Dr. Stefan Strassner, LL.M.. Lecturer at the Munich Business School since September 2002. Studied law in Saarbrücken, Berlin, and Kiel. First Legal State Examination 1984, Second Legal State Examination 1990, and Doctorate Degree. Lawyer for Economic and Media Law from 1990-1993 in Berlin and Saarbrücken and was the director of the media company MJ Media GmbH from 1993-1996. Thereafter, the director of the law and admini-stration departments at Infoscreen in Munich for six years and was at the same time the director of Infoscreen in Hamburg. Employed by the Institute for criminal law of the FH Berlin from 1985-1990 and has been a visiting lecturer for Media Law and Media Management at the Mediadesign Hochschule for Design and Informatik.
Dr. Christian Traichel. Dr. Christian Traichel completed his first legal state exam in 1993, his Doctorate in 1994, his second legal state exam in 1995, and became a specialist solicitor for tax law in 1999. He is currently practicing and partner at the international lawfirm Taylor Wessing in Munich. Dr. Traichel published various works between 1995 and today. Dr. Traichel is a member of the Vereinigung für Gesellschaftsrecht (VGR) and also holds lectures at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) associated with the Ludwig Maximilian University.
