Leadership Competencies
A Step Ahead the MBA at Munich Business School is focused on management and leadership competencies and covers three main areas:
- Business Know-How: Practical knowledge in core economic and business areas such as Finance and Marketing with an emphasis on International Management
- Social Competence: Communicating and dealing with others, getting ideas across, recognizing and handling conflicts
- Self Competence: Recognizing one’s own strengths and weaknesses and dealing with them accordingly
