An Exciting Journey - What Master Students say about MBS

Munich Business School's Master of Arts in International Business program offers a German track as well as an English track. Students in the English track come from all over the world to study alongside their German peers.

Students may either pursue a single degree (20 months) or participate in a dual degree program (24 months) at one of the partner universities in the USA, Australia or France.

Rahul Agarwal, India

I chose Germany because of its strong economy and relatively good employment prospects! It is the largest economy in Europe and a big exporter of cars, machinery and chemicals. Besides that, I talked to Indian students living in Germany and all of them recommended MBS.

At MBS students get a very global, satellite-type overview of the business world, with a focus on industries in Europe and Asia. I enjoy learning about management styles in different cultures.  I believe that this global education  will be a great benefit later in my career.

The Masters program is so interesting. It is very practical because we work on many real-life cases and scenarios such as a business game and a business project. The professors come from companies and readily share their insight and experience. I feel that I am being well-equipped to work for a company in the future.

What I like about the master program is that the program is well structured and students gain a lot of international experience throughout their education.

I for example, decided to start a MSc dual degree at Boston University which is one of the top-ranked partner universities MBS has a dual degree with. This is an excellent opportunity for students as at the end they get two different Master degrees.

The international approach given by MBS, makes the whole experience completely different experience. The semester abroad, internship abroad and students from all over the globe give an extended understanding of international business.

Personally, this was a programme that seemed handmade especially to me. As a foreigner, to have the opportunity to come, study and live in Germany is a big learning experience, both professional and mostly personal.
