The program’s interactive lectures will help you to develop an understanding of strategy and change management, and gain insights into how you can use key levers of innovation management in major companies. During the business project, you will have a unique opportunity to apply your newly acquired knowledge of strategy, innovation management, change management and associated methods in a practical, real-world project. You will also supplement your selected concentration, Corporate Strategy & Innovation, with another concentration of your choice, such as Digital Business Management. This allows you to personalize your master’s studies to reflect your passions and interests.
You will spend the third semester of your master’s program studying abroad at one of Munich Business School’s 60+ partner universities. This will add an international perspective to your studies and help you to make valuable contacts. You will then complete your studies by writing a master’s thesis

Academic requirements
You must hold a bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS or over) to enroll on the master’s program in International Business. Applicants with a degree in a business-related subject can start the course directly; applicants without a business degree can qualify for the program by first completing a Pre-Master’s course. CONCENTRATION IN FIGURES
The expertise in change processes and innovation development you will gain in the course of your studies will make you a sought-after specialist on the jobs market. You will be able to apply your skill set in various sectors and businesses, including as a Change Manager or a Business Development Manager.
As a Change Manager, you will be tasked with taking responsibility for all measures related to change management. This means supporting, monitoring and guiding corporate change processes with the aim of achieving optimizations. You will be a fixed component of a company’s internal change processes, drawing on your expertise to set the right emphasis and priorities.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting the future. Your role will be to keep a constant eye on financial markets and economic developments, grapple with shifting customer needs, and thereby derive strategic focuses for your company’s development. By conducting analyses, business development managers ensure that their companies keep up with the times and achieve enduring market success even under new and changing conditions.
