Die Entwicklung von F\u00e4higkeiten wie komplexer Probleml\u00f6sungsf\u00e4higkeit, kritischem Denken, Kreativit\u00e4t, emotionaler Intelligenz und Entscheidungsfindung muss sich auf andere Formate als traditionelle Vorlesungen und Seminare st\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die MBS Professoren Gabriella Maraz (links auf dem Foto oben) und Stefan Baldi stellten auf der 6. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heic.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Higher Education Institution Conference<\/a>\u00a0&#8222;Quality &amp; Governance in Higher Education: Opening New Frontiers&#8220; das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/2015\/projektmanagement-mit-gemeinnutzen-die-soziale-projektarbeit-an-der-mbs\/\">MBS Sozialprojekt<\/a> als Instrument zur Entwicklung dieser Kompetenzen vor. Die Konferenz in Dubrovnik wurde von der Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM), der ersten AACSB-akkreditierten Business School in Kroatien, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE) organisiert.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10380 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/44330684884_f49b479f0e_o-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"HEIC 2018\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/44330684884_f49b479f0e_o-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/44330684884_f49b479f0e_o-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die soziale Projektarbeit ist ein Pflichtkurs im Studienprogramm Bachelor International Business an der Munich Business School. Die Studierenden m\u00fcssen in Gruppen ein soziales Projekt\u00a0 organisieren, eine Partnerorganisation finden, sich mit den Beg\u00fcnstigten ihres Projekts befassen und schlie\u00dflich ihre Erfahrungen in einem schriftlichen Bericht und in einer Gruppenpr\u00e4sentation bewerten und pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die MBS Professoren werteten die schriftlichen Berichte von 56 Projekten mit 307 Studierenden von 2012 bis 2018 in Bezug auf die Reflexion der Studierenden \u00fcber ihr Projekt und die erworbenen F\u00e4higkeiten aus. Die Autoren glichen die inh\u00e4renten Herausforderungen der Projektarbeit mit den Kompetenzen ab, die f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige F\u00fchrungsaufgaben erworben werden sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Tatsache, dass die Studenten ihr soziales Projekt und ihre Partner frei w\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen, erweist sich als der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vorteil dieses Kurses, da so die Projekte zu ihren &#8222;eigenen&#8220; werden. Diese Freiheit und Komplexit\u00e4t mag f\u00fcr einen Erstsemesterkurs kontraintuitiv erscheinen, da hier oft vereinfachte F\u00e4lle und vorstrukturierte Probleme behandelt werden. Es ist aber gerade diese Freiheit im Zusammenhang mit realen Projekten, die sich mit Menschen in fremden sozialen Realit\u00e4ten befassen, die die relevanten Kompetenzen besonders herausfordert und trainiert.
