November 2018, als Gast des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/en\/2015\/munich-business-school-launches-the-mbs-connected-vehicle-lab\/\">Connected Vehicle Lab<\/a> der Munich Business School einen Impulsvortrag zum Thema \u201eDigitale Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle f\u00fcr die Einspurmobilit\u00e4t der Zukunft\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Gregory Glanzmann, in Japan geboren und in Hong Kong sowie in der Schweiz aufgewachsen, hat sich schon immer f\u00fcr das Verst\u00e4ndnis von neuen Kontexten und deren Weiterentwicklung interessiert. Gerade Organizational Change ist ein Feld, das ihn seit seinem Master in Strategy and International Management an der Universit\u00e4t St. Gallen begleitet. F\u00fcr seine Rolle als Head of Digitalisation and Change bei BMW Motorrad kommt ihm seine Erfahrung in verschiedenen Industrien zu Gute, seine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Technologie st\u00fctzt seine T\u00e4tigkeit im Sales &amp; Marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss an den Impulsvortrag moderierte er zusammen mit MBS Professor Dr. Hans H. Jung eine Ideation-Session mit mehr als 60 internationalen Studenten mit dem Ziel, neue digitale Optionen zu generieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Motorradindustrie umfasst alle motorisierten einspurigen Fahrzeuge, von Pedelecs \u00fcber kleinere Scooter bis hin zu gro\u00dfmotorigen Motorr\u00e4dern. Gemessen in Einheiten ist dieser Markt in 2018 mit bis zu 135 Mio. Einheiten gr\u00f6\u00dfer als der f\u00fcr Automobile mit ca. 100 Mio. (Faust, H.; Glanzmann, G. 2018, S. 241).<\/p>\n<p>BMW Motorrad hat dieses Jahr bereits ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.press.bmwgroup.com\/deutschland\/article\/detail\/T0284901DE\/bmw-motorrad-praesentiert-autonom-fahrende-bmw-r-1200-gs-ausblick-auf-sicherheit-und-technische-zukunft-des-motorrads-in-miramas?language=de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">autonom fahrendes Motorrad<\/a> vorgestellt und bietet Konnektivit\u00e4t in ausgew\u00e4hlten Serienmotorr\u00e4dern bzw. Zusatzausstattungen an. Digitale Vernetzung dient dabei dem Ziel, die Sicherheit des Motoradfahrens zu erh\u00f6hen und das soziale Element des Motorradfahrens zu f\u00f6rdern. Die digitale Transformation bietet zudem aus Nutzersicht ein unersch\u00f6pfliches Spektrum an Ansatzpunkten f\u00fcr neuartige Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle. (\u00a9 Gregory Glanzmann)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mobilit\u00e4tsdienstleistungen im Kontext Einspurmobilit\u00e4t lassen sich unter Betrachtung der Vielfalt der vorhandenen Services \u00fcbergreifend in die Bereiche <strong>Sharing<\/strong> (Dienstleistung, Fahrzeuge einem Nutzer zug\u00e4nglich machen), <strong>Hailing<\/strong> (Dienstleistung, ein zur Verf\u00fcgung stehendes Transportmittel inkl. Fahrer bereizustellen) und <strong>Convenience Services <\/strong>(Dienstleistungen, die an Mobilit\u00e4t angrenzen oder diese bef\u00e4higen) einteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Motorrad mit seiner Mobilit\u00e4t wird vielfach als das Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern des eigenen Radius verstanden und erlaubt ebenfalls Ansatzpunkte f\u00fcr neuartige Dienstleistungen und Mehrwerte in der realen bzw. der virtuellen digitalen Lebenswelt der Kunden. Beispielweise werden Kunden dabei unterst\u00fctzt, wenn sie begeistert \u00fcber Motorraderlebnisse berichten und diese durch Word of Mouth sowie die Darstellung in sozialen Medien mit anderen Menschen teilen. Beispielsweise mit der Rever-Partnerschaft ist BMW Motorrad auf digitalen Plattformen vertreten. Eigene Routen k\u00f6nnen getrackt und gemeinsam geplant werden, empfohlene Routen genutzt und mit anderen Fahrern geteilt werden. Welche (digitalen) L\u00f6sungen mit Blick auf Produkt-, Service- und Erlebnisdimension lassen sich entwickeln, um L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die o.g. Im Jahr 2015 startete die Munich Business School das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/en\/2015\/munich-business-school-launches-the-mbs-connected-vehicle-lab\/\">MBS Connected Vehicle Lab<\/a>, eine Plattform f\u00fcr Wissenschaft, Forschung, Industrie und Dienstleistung. Das Lab dient der Fakult\u00e4t, den Studierenden und Experten aus der Wirtschaft dazu, sich \u00fcber neueste Lern- und Kommunikationsformen zum Themenbereich Mobilit\u00e4t der Zukunft auszutauschen.
