M\u00e4rz (mit MBS Alumna Sandra H\u00f6rmann, Gr\u00fcnderin von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.female-leadership-training.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FEMALE LEADERSHIP TRAINING<\/a>), und am 3. April (Career Croissants \u2013 Women in Leadership Business Breakfast mit MBS Alumna Nina Albert, Partner bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinovacapital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PINOVA Capital<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Der #IamRemarkable-Workshop wurde von MBS Professorin Dr. Patricia Kraft er\u00f6ffnet. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellungsrunde pr\u00e4sentierte sie das Konzept des Workshops, das darauf abzielt, Frauen und unterrepr\u00e4sentierte Gruppen zu ermutigen, ihre Leistungen am Arbeitsplatz und dar\u00fcber hinaus selbstbewusst nach au\u00dfen zu tragen. Katarzyna rief die Studierenden genau dazu auf und gab ihnen einige Tools an die Hand, um die F\u00e4higkeit der Selbstvermarktung zu trainieren.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11140 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/MBS-iamremarkable-4-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"MBS #IamRemarkable\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/MBS-iamremarkable-4.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/MBS-iamremarkable-4-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/MBS-iamremarkable-4-678x381.jpg 678w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In diesem Zusammenhang zitierte Katarzyna einige aufschlussreiche Forschungsergebnisse zu Themen wie Selbstvermarktung, Voreingenommenheit\/Vorurteile, Kompetenz und anderen Aspekten, die die Wahrnehmung von Frauen am Arbeitsplatz, in der Gesellschaft usw. beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<h3>Teile Erfolge und Leistungen mit anderen!<\/h3>\n<p>Dann hatten die Studierenden die Gelegenheit, das Gelernte direkt in die Praxis umzusetzen.
