In diesem Zusammenhang hat MBS Professor Dr. Florian Bartholomae zusammen mit Prof. Dr. Karl Morasch und Kirsten Johannemann M.Sc. von der Universit\u00e4t der Bundeswehr den Auftakt-Artikel einer zweiteiligen Serie zum Thema Informations\u00f6konomik verfasst, der in der kommenden Ausgabe 07\/19 der Zeitschrift <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wisu.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WISU \u2013 Das Wirtschaftsstudium<\/a> erscheinen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Gegenstand ist die didaktische Darstellung zentraler Erkenntnisse der Prinzipal-Agent-Theorie, die die theoretischen Grundlagen f\u00fcr das Design optimaler Vertr\u00e4ge liefert. Dies ist insbesondere f\u00fcr die Delegation von Aufgaben wichtig, wie sie tagt\u00e4glich in Unternehmen stattfindet und Entscheider immer wieder vor die gleiche Problematik stellt: Wie kann ich den Auftragnehmer (z.B. die Angestellten) dazu bringen, in meinem Interesse zu handeln? Dies ist vor allem dann umso wichtiger, wenn nicht beobachtet oder beurteilt werden kann, ob die erbrachte Leistung qualitativ hochwertig ist.<\/p>\n<p>Der Artikel liefert einen grundlegenden \u00dcberblick und besch\u00e4ftigt sich dabei mit folgenden Fragen: Wie sollen Entscheidungen getroffen werden, wenn die Ergebnisse unsicher sind? Wie k\u00f6nnen zus\u00e4tzliche Informationen genutzt werden, um bei Unsicherheit und ungleichem Informationsstand zwischen den Beteiligten effizientere Ergebnisse zu erzielen? Welche Probleme k\u00f6nnen sich bei verschiedenen Formen ungleicher Informationsverteilung ergeben?
