Durch die Praxisprojekte erhalten die Studierenden die M\u00f6glichkeit, schon w\u00e4hrend ihres Studiums praktische Erfahrungen im Sports Business zu sammeln und wichtige Kontakte in der Branche zu kn\u00fcpfen. Auf der anderen Seite profitieren die Partnerunternehmen von den frischen Ideen und innovativen L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tzen der Studierenden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber zwei Semester hinweg haben die aktuellen Masterstudierenden wieder hochinteressante Praxisprojekte umgesetzt: mit der Digitalberatung <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lobeco.org\">LOBECO<\/a>, dem Start-up <a href=\"https:\/\/kinexon.com\/\">Kinexon<\/a> sowie mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/socialmedia-institute.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SocialMedia Institute<\/a> (SMI) und dessen Kundinnen, den Bundesliga-Handballerinnen der <a href=\"http:\/\/handball-tussies.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TusSies Metzingen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In den kommenden Wochen m\u00f6chten wir euch diese Praxisprojekte genauer vorstellen und beginnen \u2013 Ladies first! \u2013 mit den TusSies Metzingen.<\/p>\n<h3>Analyse und Ausbau der Sponsoren*innenintegration auf den Social-Media-Kan\u00e4len der TusSies<\/h3>\n<p>In Zusammenarbeit mit dem in Stuttgart ans\u00e4ssigen SocialMedia Institute hat das Frauenhandballteam TusSies Metzingen bereits eine erfolgreiche Strategie entwickelt, die sozialen Medien gewinnbringend f\u00fcr sich zu nutzen und dabei auch die Sponsor*innen des Teams mit einzubinden.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgabe der SBC-Studierenden Julia Kikker, Raphael Gaulinger, Philipp Hoffmann und Daniel Schlupf war es nun, die bestehende Integration der Sponsor*innen in den Social-Media-Content der TusSies auszuwerten \u2013 und darauf aufbauend Empfehlungen f\u00fcr einen strategischen Ausbau der Ma\u00dfnahmen zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu sahen sich die SBC-Studierenden die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/tussiesmetzingen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook-Aktivit\u00e4ten der TusSies<\/a> hinsichtlich der Einbindung der Sponsor*innen des Teams genau an. Anschlie\u00dfend entwickelten sie neue Content-Ideen f\u00fcr Facebook und Instagram, um die aktuellen Partner*innen noch besser einzubinden und neue zu gewinnen. Ein weiteres Ziel war es, Ideen zu generieren, durch die die TusSies ihren Bekanntheitsgrad erh\u00f6hen und die Interaktion mit den Fans in den sozialen Medien verbessern k\u00f6nnen. Dazu untersuchten die Studierenden die Social-Media-Auftritte anderer Vereine aus verschiedenen deutschen Profiligen und leiteten eigene Ideen f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Content-Strategie der TusSies ab.<\/p>\n<h3>Train Like a TusSie<\/h3>\n<p>Das Fazit des Projektteams: \u201eMit der Kombination aus bew\u00e4hrten Kategorien [\u2026] und v\u00f6llig neuen Ideen [\u2026)]kann ein abwechslungsreicher Content in den sozialen Netzwerken gestaltet werden, der sowohl f\u00fcr die Follower[*innen] als auch die Sponsor[*innen] interessant und lukrativ ist.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Man darf gespannt sein, welche der von den SBC-Studierenden vorgeschlagenen neuen Formate die TusSies zusammen mit dem SocialMedia Institute umsetzen werden. Soviel sei schon einmal verraten: Vielleicht pr\u00e4sentieren euch die Spielerinnen unter dem Motto \u201eTrain Like a TusSie\u201c schon bald ihre besten Trainingstipps auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/tussiesmetzingen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tussiesmetzingen\/?hl=de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/MBS-SBC-TusSies-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12173\" src=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/MBS-SBC-TusSies-2.jpg\" alt=\"MBS SBC TusSies Metzingen\" width=\"400\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/MBS-SBC-TusSies-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/MBS-SBC-TusSies-2-160x200.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a>Das letzte Heimspiel der Saison verfolgten die SBC-Studierenden \u00fcbrigens live in der \u00d6schhalle, der wegen der stets tollen Stimmung auch &#8222;\u00d6schh\u00f6lle&#8220; genannten Heimspielst\u00e4tte der TusSies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wir wurden von Christoph Kalf, unserem direkten Ansprechpartner bei den TusSies, zum Spiel eingeladen, sozusagen als Abschluss des Praxisprojektes. Wir bekamen sogar VIP-Karten und hatten die Chance, noch einmal pers\u00f6nlich mit einigen Spielerinnen und Christoph zu sprechen.
