{"id":12814,"date":"2019-10-15T11:15:52","date_gmt":"2019-10-15T09:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/?p=12814"},"modified":"2023-07-27T09:25:50","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T07:25:50","slug":"gastvortrag-von-wolfgang-metze-von-telefonica-und-christoph-kunz-von-rpc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/2019\/gastvortrag-von-wolfgang-metze-von-telefonica-und-christoph-kunz-von-rpc\/","title":{"rendered":"Gastvortrag von Wolfgang Metze von Telef\u00f3nica und Christoph Kunz von RPC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gestern hatten wir die Ehre, Herrn Wolfgang Metze,&nbsp;Chief Consumer Officer \/ Vorstand der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telefonica.de\">Telef\u00f3nica Deutschland Holding AG&nbsp;<\/a>und Herrn Christoph Kunz, Founding Partner der BMW Tochter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rpc-partners.com\/\">The Retail Performance GmbH<\/a> als Gastredner in unserer Vorlesung&nbsp;Corporate Strategy, Innovation and Change begr\u00fc\u00dfen zu d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Begr\u00fc\u00dfung und Vorstellung der Gastredner durch Professor Seif gab uns Herr Metze eine \u00dcbersicht zu seiner beruflichen Karriere nach dem Motto: &#8222;Vom Trainee zum Vorstand eines Gro\u00dfkonzerns&#8220; und er zeigte den Unterschied zwischen Business und Management in der Theorie und in der Praxis. Ein wesentlicher Unterschied liegt darin, dass in der schnelllebigen Gesch\u00e4ftswelt klassische Disziplinen nicht mehr losgel\u00f6st voneinander betrachtet werden k\u00f6nnen, sondern vielmehr ein durchg\u00e4ngig cross-disziplin\u00e4rer Ansatz erforderlich ist, um Kunden in all ihrer Unterschiedlichkeit exzellent bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen. Das schl\u00e4gt sich in der Ausgestaltung von Kennzahlen nieder, wobei der Net Promotor Score (&#8222;Netto Weiterempfehlungsgrad&#8220;) eine immer wichtiger werdende Rolle einnimmt. Innovationen basieren mehr und mehr auf digitalen Technologien wie Data Analytics und Artificial Intelligence, entsprechend ergeben sich neue Berufsbilder und -bezeichnungen. Insbesondere Neugierde (im positiven Sinne), Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit und digitale Skills werden k\u00fcnftig wichtige Eigenschaften sein, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt gesucht werden. Wolfgang Metze zeigte eine klare Sicht von innen auf die strategischen und operativen Zusammenh\u00e4nge der Telef\u00f3nica AG. Herr Kunz als C-Level-Advisor konnte eine Sicht von au\u00dfen auf diesen Kontext spiegeln, wobei sich ein nahezu deckungsgleiches Bild ergab. In der anschlie\u00dfenden Diskussion wurde klar, dass die vermittelnden Business- und Management-Inhalte an der MBS eine wichtige Grundlage darstellen, eine Weiterentwicklung dieses Wissens nach dem Prinzip des transdisziplin\u00e4ren Life-Long-Learning insbesondere in der sich schnell wandelnden Praxis jedoch unabdingbare Voraussetzung ist, um im Berufsleben weiterzukommen. Im derzeitigen Wirtschaftsumfeld sind dabei die digitalen Skills neben den Softskills der Kooperationsf\u00e4higkeit und Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit ganz besonders entscheidend.<\/p>\n<p>Vielen Dank an
