Ihr Buch behandelt ein Thema, das nicht nur Frauen bewegt: Frauen verdienen im Schnitt 21% weniger als M\u00e4nner (Gender Pay Gap) und bekommen durchschnittlich 40% weniger Rente. Das hat viele Ursachen, z.B. arbeiten Frauen seltener in F\u00fchrungspositionen und h\u00e4ufiger in Teilzeit. Auch an Gehaltsverhandlungen gehen Frauen anders heran als M\u00e4nner.<\/p>\n<p>Claudia Irsfelds Buch zeigt auf, warum das so ist, welche geschlechtsspezifischen Muster wirken und in welchem Verhandlungsdilemma Frauen stecken. In einer spannenden Runde aus Frauen und M\u00e4nnern pr\u00e4sentierte die Autorin interessante Fakten und gab Tipps aus der Praxis, wie dieses Dilemma \u00fcberwunden werden kann und wie Frauen sich optimal auf ihre n\u00e4chste Gehaltsverhandlung vorbereiten.
