Januar 2020, besuchten zwei Sch\u00fclergruppen des Ernst-Mach-Gymnasiums in Haar die Munich Business School. In einem eineinhalbst\u00fcndigen Workshop vermittelte ihnen MBS Professorin Dr. Patricia Kraft die Grundlagen des Projektmanagements, die die Oberstufensch\u00fclerinnen und -sch\u00fcler f\u00fcr die Planung und Umsetzung ihrer eigenen Projektideen im Rahmen des P-Seminars ben\u00f6tigen. Nach einem theoretischen Input hatten die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler die Gelegenheit, die neu erworbenen Kenntnisse auf ihre eigenen Projekte zu \u00fcbertragen und anzuwenden. In Gruppenarbeiten formulierten sie Rechtfertigung und Ziele ihres Projekts und erstellten einen Projektplan. Die Projektthemen hatten die Jugendlichen bereits im Vorfeld festgelegt, sie reichten von der Schulhausgestaltung \u00fcber die Erstellung eines Escape Room Games bis hin zum Bierbrauen.<\/p>\n<div
