Der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harvardbusinessmanager.de\/blogs\/gallup-engagement-index-a-961641.html\" target=\"_blank\">Gallup Engagement Index<\/a> f\u00fchrt j\u00e4hrlich vor Augen, welche Folgen schlechte Mitarbeiterbindung f\u00fcr den Unternehmenserfolg haben kann.<\/p>\n<p>Motivation ist ein aktiver, langfristiger Prozess. Diesen sollten sich besonders die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.focus.de\/finanzen\/karriere\/management\/motivation\/tid-5265\/motivation_aid_53777.html\" target=\"_blank\">F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zur Daueraufgabe<\/a> machen. Heutige Unternehmen sind h\u00e4ufig komplexe, internationale Netzwerke, die sich nicht mehr in der gleichen Art und Weise f\u00fchren lassen, wie noch vor einigen Jahrzehnten. Das wird uns besonders durch die vielen Diskussionen um die Grundwerte, Vorstellungen und Arbeitsmoral der j\u00fcngeren <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeit.de\/2014\/10\/generation-y-glueck-geld\" target=\"_blank\">Gen Y<\/a> (1981-1995) und der kommenden Gen Z (ab 1995) vor Augen gef\u00fchrt. Anerkennung, transparentere Management- und F\u00fchrungsstile sowie ein respektvoller und wertsch\u00e4tzender Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern sind zentrale Forderungen der Vertreter der neuen Generationen, die auf den Arbeitsmarkt str\u00f6men.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine Generation, die viel erwartet, aber auch viel gibt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haben die Vertreter der Gen Y erst einmal einen Arbeitgeber gefunden, der in gro\u00dfen Teilen ihren Anspr\u00fcchen entspricht, tragen sie mit ihrer Leistungsbereitschaft und Zielstrebigkeit ma\u00dfgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei. Damit das so bleibt, ist eine nachhaltige Mitarbeitermotivation wichtig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitarbeiter motivieren \u2013 aber wie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entscheidend f\u00fcr die Mitarbeitermotivation ist die Unternehmenskultur. Ein Arbeitgeber kann extrinsische Anreize in Form von Pr\u00e4mien- oder Gutscheinsystemen schaffen, um die Leistungsbereitschaft der eigenen Mannschaft zu erh\u00f6hen. Letztendlich ist jedoch die intrinsische Motivation die wichtigere. Eine hohe Eigenmotivation best\u00e4rkt die Mitarbeiter, mehr zu geben, als nur das Notwendige. Dazu bedarf es eines Klimas der Autonomie und Selbstbestimmung sowie des Respekts und der Wertsch\u00e4tzung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Management als entscheidender Faktor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die intrinsische Motivation sind drei Grundprinzipien entscheidend: Vertrauen, Lob und Anerkennung. Einfach \u00fcbersetzt: ein erfolgreiches Management schafft Freiraum f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter, sieht Erfolge und spart nicht mit Lob. Manager m\u00fcssen als Partner verstanden werden, die einerseits Autonomie gew\u00e4hren, anderseits bei Problemen erreichbar sind und die Mitarbeiter begleiten.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Incentivierungen, die das Arbeitsklima verbessern, gehen daher in eine zukunftsorientierte Richtung: gemeinsames Mittagessen, Aufstellen eines individuellen Weiterbildungs- und Karriereplans, Einrichtung von Smart Tools, die einen direkten Ideenaustausch erm\u00f6glichen, flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle nicht als K\u00fcr verstanden, sondern als Pflicht und Investitionen in die Mitarbeitergesundheit, beispielsweise \u00fcber Seminare, Sportangebote, Gutscheine. Gleichzeitig muss eine offene Informationskultur eingerichtet werden, die Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung und Werte auf der einen Seite und Feedbackm\u00f6glichkeiten auf der anderen Seite pflegt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Motivierte Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur zufriedener, sondern arbeiten produktiver.
