Grunert von der d\u00e4nischen Universit\u00e4t Aaarhus einen wissenschaftlichen Artikel in der <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ernaehrungs-umschau.de\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Ern\u00e4hrungsumschau<\/em><\/a>, dem f\u00fchrenden Magazin f\u00fcr Ern\u00e4hrungsexperten in Deutschland. In ihrem Artikel mit dem Titel &#8222;Wie entscheiden wir, was wir essen?&#8220; widmen sich Hieke und Grunert den Beweggr\u00fcnden, warum man sich f\u00fcr bestimmte Lebensmittel entscheidet (food choice motives). Da Entscheidungen in Zusammenhang mit Lebensmitteln jedoch h\u00e4ufig unterbewusst stattfinden und dementsprechend schwer erforscht werden k\u00f6nnen, schlagen die beiden Wissenschaftler den Weg \u00fcber das pers\u00f6nliche Wertesystem der Konsumenten vor: Als Konsument attestieren wir Lebensmitteln Ziele, die wir mit ihrer Hilfe erreichen wollen. Diese Ziele bzw. Werthaltungen k\u00f6nnen dann wiederum \u00fcber die empfunden Konsequenzen, die der Konsum des Produktes beim Verbrauchenden ausl\u00f6st, mit Produktmerkmalen in Beziehung gesetzt werden. Der vollst\u00e4ndige Beitrag kann <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ernaehrungs-umschau.de\/print-artikel\/08-04-2020-wie-entscheiden-wir-was-wir-essen\/\" target=\"_blank\">hier<\/a> nachgelesen werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>In ihrem Paper &#8222;The role of purpose in consumer choice: a comparison between baby boomers and millennials in Germany with a focus on sustainability and consciousness&#8220; setzen sich MBS Professorin Dr. Patricia Kraft, MBS Professor Dr. Christian Schmidkonz und MBS Alumna Isabelle Rennollet mit der Rolle des Purpose, d.h. des Zwecks und der Sinnhaftigkeit bei Kaufentscheidungen, auseinander. Die empirische Analyse von knapp 300 Verbrauchern aus den Generationen der Babyboomer und der Millenials best\u00e4tigt die Beobachtung, dass Hyperkonsum mehr in den Hintergrund r\u00fcckt und die Verbraucher*innen sich mehr mit nachhaltigem und bewusstem Konsum identifizieren. Die Sinnhaftigkeit zeigt sich dabei als wichtiges Kriterium f\u00fcr eine Kaufentscheidung, wenngleich andere Kriterien wie beispielsweise die Qualit\u00e4t oder das Preis-Leistung-Verh\u00e4ltnis schwerer wiegen. Weiterhin konnten die drei Wissenschaftler herausfinden, dass es zwischen den zwei genannten Generationen mehr Gemeinsamkeiten als Unterschiede gibt. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen aus verschiedenen Branchen werden in elf Beitr\u00e4gen spezifische Controlling-Instrumente erl\u00e4utert und unternehmerische&nbsp;Kernthemen unter die Lupe genommen, etwa&nbsp;die&nbsp;dynamische Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung, die Kostensenkung oder die St\u00e4rkung der finanziellen sowie personellen Ressourcen, die dazu dienen, den Unternehmenserfolg zu sichern.&nbsp;Durch seinen praxis- und l\u00f6sungsorientierten Ansatz schlie\u00dft dieser Sammelband zudem eine L\u00fccke in der g\u00e4ngigen Literatur zum Thema Controlling und regt Expert*innen aus Wissensschaft und Praxis zu weiteren Forschungs- und Ver\u00f6ffentlichungsaktivit\u00e4ten an.
