The GeNeMe conference will take place in Dresden from October 7 to 9, 2020. GeNeMe stands for communities in new media. The GeNeMe has been taking place for more than 20 years and has grown into a well-established institution in the field of communities during this time. At the core of the conference is the use of new media in business, science, public administration and education – usually with a focus on knowledge-intensive work in various community contexts. This year’s main topics include digital strategy and platform economics, knowledge communities, innovative human-computer communication, as well as knowledge transfer and skills acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MBS professors and students are present at this year’s GeNeMe with a total of five contributions. In the following we provide a brief overview of the contributions. Participation in the conference is possible online so that MBS students and interested practitioners can also take part in the presentations or panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
