Dr. Wei Manske-Wang gab den Teilnehmenden viele wertvolle Tipps, die sie an ganz konkreten Beispielen und Stationen aus ihrem Leben darstellte. Ein Ratschlag war, dass Emotionale Intelligenz (EQ) – also die F\u00e4higkeit, Gef\u00fchle (bei sich und anderen) und menschliche Beziehungen richtig einsch\u00e4tzen und entsprechend handeln zu k\u00f6nnen – gepaart mit Toleranz, Empathie und der F\u00e4higkeit, zu netzwerken, f\u00fcr den privaten und beruflichen Erfolg viel wichtiger sind als herausragendes fachliches Wissen (IQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
