Die <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cartier.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Maison Cartier<\/a> geh\u00f6rt zum Schweizer Luxus-Konglomerat Richemont und steht seit 1847 mit einzigartigem Savoir Faire f\u00fcr ikonische Schmuck- und Uhrenkreationen. Im hybriden Gastvortrag teilte Jonas A. Schober seine Insights zu \u201eFrom transaction to experience: How to emotionalize UHNWI for your brand\u201c exklusiv mit den Masterstudierenden des Kurses \u201eLuxury Markets &amp; Strategies\u201c. Kernfragen waren: Wo leben UHNWIs (Ultra High-Net-Worth-Individuals), wie ticken und kaufen sie? Und was bedeutet dies f\u00fcr das Kreieren des Cartier-Erlebnisses in und au\u00dferhalb der Boutique?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Studentin Helen Stierle war besonders interessant, \u201ewie sich Cartier-Kunden in verschiedenen St\u00e4dten unterscheiden, was sie von der Experience in einem Cartier-Gesch\u00e4ft erwarten\u201c. Felix Schmitt erg\u00e4nzt: \u201eAls Luxusmarke muss Cartier wirklich wissen, wer ihre Kunden sind und wie regionale Unterschiede die Erwartungen an ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen. Kunden in M\u00fcnchen verhalten sich m\u00f6glicherweise ganz anders als in Hamburg. Und als Franzose bin ich sehr daran interessiert, wie das <em>\u201a<\/em>Savoir \u00eatre<em>\u2018<\/em> und <em>\u201a<\/em>Savoir faire<em>\u2018<\/em> gesehen und umgesetzt wird\u201c, so Victor Daron. Yuqing Ma bleibt ein anderer Aspekt des Luxuskonsums im Ged\u00e4chtnis: \u201eIn dieser unsicheren Zeit sch\u00e4tzen manche Menschen Luxusg\u00fcter, um sich stabil zu f\u00fchlen.\u201c Hierbei geht es einerseits um die pers\u00f6nliche Beziehung mit der Marke und dem Client Advisor, andererseits auch um die ikonische rote Cartier-Box und die emotionale, symbolische Aura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Luxury Business Dialogue ist damit N\u00e4hrboden f\u00fcr Netzwerk, Reflexionen und Diskussionen. \u201eToll, dass es so eine M\u00f6glichkeit wie den Luxury Business Dialogue gibt.
