September startet an der Munich Business School erstmalig der neu konzipierte berufsbegleitende Lehrgang zum Digital Sports Business Manager, um die Sportartikelbranche beim Weg in die digitale Transformation aktiv zu unterst\u00fctzen. Das Fortbildungsprogramm wird in Kooperation mit dem Bundesverband der Deutschen Sportartikel-Industrie e.V. (BSI), der Sportartikelzeitschrift SAZsport und dem Beratungsunternehmen The Retail Performance Company durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Digitalisierung hat mittlerweile und nicht zuletzt best\u00e4rkt durch die COVID-19 Pandemie Einzug in unser aller Leben und Arbeiten erhalten. Auch f\u00fcr die Sportartikelbranche er\u00f6ffnet die Digitalisierung die Chance, bestehende Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle weiterzuentwickeln und sich f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Zukunft aufzustellen. Dass insbesondere in vielen mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen der Sportbranche diese M\u00f6glichkeiten bislang h\u00e4ufig noch ungenutzt bleiben, liegt oftmals nicht in der mangelnden Anerkennung der Digitalisierung als Notwendigkeit begr\u00fcndet, sondern vielmehr in der fehlenden Expertise. H\u00e4ufig verf\u00fcgen Mitarbeiter*innen und auch F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften nicht \u00fcber die n\u00f6tigen F\u00e4higkeiten, um den vollen Umfang der Digitalisierung zu verstehen, kreativ und innovativ mit deren Chancen und Herausforderungen umzugehen sowie nutzbringend f\u00fcr ihr Unternehmen einsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau an diesem Punkt setzt die Munich Business School mit ihrem neuen Fortbildungsprogramm zum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/executive-education\/digital-sports-business-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Digital Sports Business Manager<\/a> an. In sechs Modulen bauen die Teilnehmer*innen ihre Digitalisierungskompetenz auf bzw. aus, indem sie zugeschnitten auf die Sportartikelbranche bew\u00e4hrte Tools, Methoden und Best Practices an die Hand bekommen, um nach erfolgreichem Kursabschluss den digitalen Wandel im eigenen Unternehmen voranzutreiben. Konzipiert wurde der Lehrgang in Zusammenarbeit mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsi-sport.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bundesverband der Deutschen Sportartikel-Industrie e.V. (BSI)<\/a>, dem Fachmagazin f\u00fcr Sport- und Outdoor-Handel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sazsport.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAZsport<\/a> sowie dem Beratungsunternehmen f\u00fcr kundenzentrierte Transformation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rpc-partners.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Retail Performance Company<\/a>. &#8222;Die Idee, einen f\u00fcr die Sportartikelbranche zugeschnittenen Ausbildungslehrgang anzubieten, wurde bereits im Herbst 2020 unter dem Eindruck der Verhaltensver\u00e4nderungen der Pandemie geboren\u201c, sagt BSI-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Stefan Rosenkranz, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer des BSI. \u201eVor allem im Bereich der Digitalisierung haben wir in unserer Branche noch viel Potenzial im Sinne der Optimierung von Marktprozessen wie CRM oder Social-Media-Kommunikation.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Lehrgang zum Digital Sports Business Manager nimmt unterschiedliche Aspekte der Digitalisierung in den Sportbranche in den Blick. W\u00e4hrend es im ersten Modul darum geht, einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber Digitalisierungsprozesse im Sportartikelmarkt zu gewinnen, fokussieren sich Modul 2 und 3 auf digitale Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle im Sportbusiness sowie professionelles Datenmanagement. Gest\u00e4rkt mit diesem Wissen erarbeiten die Teilnehmer*innen im Anschluss anhand eines Prototyps ein neues digitales Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell f\u00fcr ihr Unternehmen bzw. ihren Fachbereich und lernen, mittels agilen Transformationsmanagements wichtige Stakeholder*innen von ihrer Vision zu \u00fcberzeugen. Am Ende des Lehrgangs werden alle gelernten Inhalte in einer digitalen Roadmap zur Digitalisierung geb\u00fcndelt. Mit einem individuellen 100-Tage-Plan sind die Lehrgansabsolvent*innen in der Lage, die erarbeitete Strategie umzusetzen und ihr Unternehmen in die digitale Zukunft zu f\u00fchren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Lehrgangsleitung \u00fcbernehmen MBS-Professor f\u00fcr Internationales Management Dr. Heiko Seif und Christoph Kunz, Gr\u00fcndungspartner von The Retail Performance Company.
