Der beste Weg das Konzept zu verstehen, ist es jedoch dieses zu erleben. So hatten MBS-Studierende und -Alumni mit dem Schwerpunkt Luxury Management Ende Juli auf Einladung von<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cartier.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Cartier<\/a> und MBS-Dozentin Dr. Julia Riedmeier die exklusive Gelegenheit an einer Abendveranstaltung der Cartier TANK Ausstellung in M\u00fcnchen teilzunehmen, um in die Welt von Cartier einzutauchen und eine ihrer ikonischsten Uhren zu entdecken: die Tank. Diese stammt aus dem Jahr 1917 und das Maison feiert aktuell die Einf\u00fchrung der innovativen Tank Must Solarbeat<sup>TM<\/sup>, deren Herzst\u00fcck ein Photovoltaik-Uhrwerk ist. Zu Beginn konnten die Studierenden und Alumni den zweist\u00f6ckigen Ausstellungsraum mit einer Zeitleiste erkunden, auf der seltene alte Tank-Uhren und neuere Modelle ausgestellt waren, ebenso wie interaktive Elemente, um die Geschichte hinter der Uhr zu entdecken. W\u00e4hrend der Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema <em>The Art of Clienteling: How to Sell an Iconic Luxury Product <\/em>von Jasmin Breysacher, Training Manager bei Cartier Northern Europe, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/carolin-behacker-76364756\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carolin Behacker<\/a>, Sales Coach bei Cartier, und Dr. Julia Riedmeier, Dozentin und Modulleiterin f\u00fcr Luxury Management im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/bachelor\/bachelor-international-business\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bachelor<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/master\/master-international-business\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Master International Business<\/a> an der Munich Business School, erhielten die Teilnehmenden interessante Einblicke in die Geschichte und den Mythos hinter der Tank-Ikone. Sie erfuhren, wie man diese Ikone ins Hier und Jetzt bringt, machten sich mit de Kunden von Cartier vertraut und lernten die Rolle des*der Kund*innenberater*in in diesem relationalen, nicht transaktionalen, Beziehungsprozess verstehen. Da ich derzeit tats\u00e4chlich \u00fcber den Kauf einer Tank nachdenke, war es wunderbar zu erfahren, dass Cartier und Richemont an einer nachhaltigeren Version der Uhr gearbeitet haben, ohne dabei Kompromisse beim Design einzugehen. Es ist wirklich gro\u00dfartig, die Bestrebungen der Luxusmarken zu sehen, die Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen und zu erkennen, dass sie nachhaltig sein k\u00f6nnen, ohne ihre Kultur und ihr Erbe zu opfern.\" (Ana Steinkamp)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">\"Die Veranstaltung fand in einem der sch\u00f6nsten M\u00fcnchner Ladenlokale statt und bot durch eine interaktive Ausstellung und eine aufschlussreiche Diskussionsrunde wertvolle Einblicke in das Universum der Tank-Kreationen, in den einzigartigen Kund*innenbetreuungsansatz von Cartier sowie in die Erz\u00e4hlkraft der Marke. Es herrschte eine exzellente Atmosph\u00e4re und ich hatte die exklusive Gelegenheit, fantastische Menschen zu treffen, die die Begeisterung f\u00fcr die Welt der au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Luxusschmuckst\u00fccke teilen.\" (Catarina Capelo Moreira)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">\"Nach langer Zeit konnte ich endlich noch einmal ein richtiges Event mit Freund*innen erleben, gro\u00dfartig! Abgesehen von der Ausstellung, die zeigt, wie Cartier es schafft, immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben, m\u00f6chte ich Frau Riedmeier ein gro\u00dfes Kompliment f\u00fcr ihre Leidenschaft und den proaktiven Spirit, den Sie jedes Mal an den Tag legt - sowohl im Klassenraum als auch bei Veranstaltungen wie diesen -, aussprechen.
