In zahlreichen Lehrg\u00e4ngen und Seminaren (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/executive-education\/certified-strategy-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Certified Strategy Manager<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/executive-education\/fuehrung-im-digitalen-zeitalter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00fchrung im digitalen Zeitalter<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/executive-education\/leading-in-the-digital-age\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leading in the Digital Age<\/a>) vermittelt sie das Thema F\u00fchrung in der digitalen und agilen Arbeitswelt an die Teilnehmer*innen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MBS Insights: Professorin Schmid, an welchen spannenden Forschungsprojekten arbeiten Sie gerade?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ellen Schmid: In meiner Forschung geht es um Fragen rund um verantwortungsvolle F\u00fchrung: Wie gehen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte mit der Verantwortung, die sie haben, um und was macht eine verantwortungsvolle F\u00fchrungskraft in der digitalen Welt aus? Hierbei sehe ich mir sowohl die helle aus auch die dunkle Seite an. Besonders die dunkle Seite der F\u00fchrung fasziniert mich, also F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die beispielsweise nur in ihrem eigenen Interesse handeln und andere f\u00fcr ihre Zwecke ausnutzen. Gerade habe ich mit meinen Kolleginnen dazu einen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fpsyg.2021.660452\/full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Artikel<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht: In einem Forschungsprojekt haben wir uns mit dem Einfluss narzisstischer F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte auf die Leistung von Start-up-Teams besch\u00e4ftigt. Narzisst*innen sind sehr von sich selbst eingenommen, neigen dazu andere zu manipulieren und auszunutzen. Alles Eigenschaften, die man sich nicht bei einer F\u00fchrungskraft w\u00fcnscht. Aber sie sind auch charmant und durchsetzungsstark und habe oft innovative Ideen. &nbsp;Wir haben herausgefunden, dass ein mittleres Ma\u00df an Narzissmus bei unternehmerischen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften durchaus zum Erfolg f\u00fchren kann. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MBS Insights:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Wo sehen Sie den Mehrwert Ihrer Forschung f\u00fcr die Studierenden?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ellen Schmid: Viele unserer Studierenden m\u00f6chten einmal F\u00fchrungsverantwortung \u00fcbernehmen. Hier ist es aus meiner Sicht zentral, dass wir schon im Studium eine Reflexion \u00fcber Verantwortung anregen, hinterfragen, was gute F\u00fchrung bedeutet, und den Studierenden helfen, sich \u00fcber ihre eigenen Werte als F\u00fchrungskraft bewusst zu werden. Viele Studierende finden es sehr spannend in der Vorlesung \u00fcber Forschungsprojekte zu diskutieren und oft gibt es im Rahmen von Abschlussarbeiten auch die Gelegenheit an diesen mitzuarbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MBS Insights: Und<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>wie profitiert die Praxis davon?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ellen Schmid: Mir ist es ein zentrales Anliegen, meine Forschung in die Praxis zu tragen, um F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften zu helfen, noch besser mit ihren Herausforderungen umgehen zu k\u00f6nnen. Deswegen engagiere ich mich in unserem Bereich der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/executive-education\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Education<\/a>, wo wir Weiterbildungsangebote f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte anbieten. Ende November werde ich neueste Forschungserkenntnisse und praxiserprobte F\u00fchrungstools mit spannenden Personen aus unterschiedlichen Unternehmen in einem eint\u00e4gigen Workshop diskutieren und erarbeiten (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/executive-education\/leading-in-the-digital-age\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Seminar Leading in the Digital Age<\/a>). Im Herbst n\u00e4chsten Jahres startet dann unser neuer MBS-F\u00fchrungslehrgang <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/executive-education\/fuehrung-im-digitalen-zeitalter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00fchrung im digitalen Zeitalter<\/a> in Kooperation mit der<a href=\"https:\/\/dce.harvard.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">
