Dr. Julia Riedmeier, Modulleiterin des Masterschwerpunkts Luxury Managements an der Munich Business School, lud Frederik Schreve, Gr\u00fcnder und CEO des Beratungsunternehmens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oktaveforyou.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OKTAVE<\/a>, ein, um \u00fcber das Thema \u201eOrchestrating the most memorable experiences on the shop floor stage. Where the human dimension is at the heart of customer relations performance and business growth\u201d zu sprechen. Der Talk wurde digital und exklusiv f\u00fcr die Luxus-Studierenden des zweiten Mastersemesters organisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frederik Schreve gr\u00fcndete OKTAVE mit der Mission, Luxus-Retail-Teams zu helfen, die n\u00e4chste Leistungsoktave zu erreichen. Seine Passion f\u00fcr Musik und seine nordischen Wurzeln finden sich im Markennamen und in der Energie von OKTAVE wieder. In dem Talk zeigte er die Parallelen von Luxus und Hospitality auf und sprach dar\u00fcber, warum \u201eBrick and Mortar\u201c unsterblich ist, \u00fcber die Prinzipien exzeptioneller Kund*innenerfahrungen, die Kraft des Engagements von Teams sowie die Geheimnisse der Orchestrierung in der Boutique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MBS-Studentin Zhihan (Isabella) Zhao wurde von Frederik Schreve gar zu einer neuen Definition von Luxus inspiriert: &#8222;Ich habe Luxus immer als die Sch\u00f6nheit und k\u00fcnstlerische Seite der Gesch\u00e4ftswelt gesehen. Herr Schreve hat eine noch bessere Erkl\u00e4rung gegeben: &#8218;Wenn Verkaufen eine Kunst ist, dann ist der Verkauf von Luxusartikeln ein Meisterwerk.\u2018\u201c <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Studierenden konnten die Macht der Energie sp\u00fcren und auch die Bedeutung von unvergesslichen Erinnerungen. Frederik Schreve lie\u00df uns in die Welt der Emotionen im Luxury Retail eintauchen und gab den Studierenden zudem wertvolle Tipps, wie sie die Elemente einer einzigartigen Shop-Erfahrung auch auf ihr Studium \u00fcbertragen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8222;Frederik Schreve hat seine Pr\u00e4sentation an unsere Bed\u00fcrfnisse angepasst, indem er relevante Parallelen zwischen seinen Erfahrungen und der Realit\u00e4t unserer Branche gezogen hat. Ich war begeistert von seiner Energie, dem Inhalt der Pr\u00e4sentation und seinen Talenten als Geschichtenerz\u00e4hler! Im Unterricht hatten wir Elemente von Flagship-Stores gelernt und wie das Design solcher Boutiquen durchdacht ist, um Kund*innen anzuziehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist Dr. Julia Riedmeier Jurymitglied des j\u00e4hrlich in Monaco stattfindenden Pitching-Wettbewerbs f\u00fcr Luxusunternehmen \\\"The Mark Challenge\\\" und Think-Tank-Mitglied der digitalen Plattform f\u00fcr nachhaltigen Luxus \\\"Haus von Eden\\\". Die Kombination ihrer Beratungs- und Industrieerfahrung mit akademischen Kenntnissen und Praktiken ist ein wesentlicher Vorteil ihrer Kurse. In ihrer Doktorarbeit widmete sie sich der Rolle des Luxusmarkenmanagements in Zeiten der Co-Kreation. Vor ihrer Promotion studierte sie International Business in Berlin, M\u00fcnchen, Shanghai mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Luxusmarkenmanagement. Sie hat einen Master-Abschluss der MBS.
