{"id":18707,"date":"2022-04-25T14:40:38","date_gmt":"2022-04-25T12:40:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/?p=18707"},"modified":"2023-09-04T12:42:31","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T10:42:31","slug":"women-in-leadership-dialogue-2022-erfolgsfaktoren-fuer-weibliche-fuehrungskraefte-gezielt-trainieren","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/2022\/women-in-leadership-dialogue-2022-erfolgsfaktoren-fuer-weibliche-fuehrungskraefte-gezielt-trainieren\/","title":{"rendered":"Women in Leadership Dialogue 2022: Erfolgsfaktoren f\u00fcr weibliche F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte gezielt trainieren"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Beim Women in Leadership Dialogue im April 2022 diskutierten Studierende, Alumni und weibliche F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus dem MBS-Netzwerk \u00fcber Hindernisse f\u00fcr die Karriere von Frauen und arbeiteten gezielt an ihren Erfolgsfaktoren. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>(Zuk\u00fcnftige) weibliche F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte in einem starken Netzwerk von Studierenden, Dozierenden, Fachkr\u00e4ften, Alumni sowie Unternehmen und Organisationen zusammenzubringen und in ihren Karrierebestrebungen zu unterst\u00fctzen &#8211; das ist das Ziel der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/mbs\/hochschule\/womenatmbs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Women in Leadership-Initiative<\/a> an der Munich Business School. Anfang April gab es endlich wieder Gelegenheit zum physischen Austausch und Netzwerken: Prof. Dr. Patricia Kraft und Kanzlerin Dr. Christine Menges begr\u00fc\u00dften als Initiatorinnen der Initiative eine Schar wissbegieriger MBS-Studierender zum Women in Leadership Dialogue in der MBS-Lounge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er\u00f6ffnet wurde der Women in Leadership Dialogue mit einer Podiumsdiskussion \u00fcber Erfolgsfaktoren und Barrieren f\u00fcr den weiblichen Weg nach oben auf der Karriereleiter. MBS-Alumna Giulia De Anna gab gemeinsam mit ihren ehemaligen Professorinnen und Betreuerinnen Dr. Patricia Kraft und Dr. Ellen Schmid einen Einblick in ihre Studie <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missionfemale.com\/res\/Beyond_Borders_Study_MissionFemale_MBS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International Female Leaders and Their Way to the Top<\/a><\/em>. Im Rahmen ihrer Abschlussarbeit im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/mba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MBA General Management<\/a> hatte Giulia De Anna weibliche F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus dem oberen und obersten Management verschiedener Branchen und L\u00e4nder zu Faktoren befragt, die sie in ihrer Karriere vorangetrieben oder gehemmt h\u00e4tten. Die Antworten clusterte sie in verschiedene Kategorien &#8211; mit einem verbl\u00fcffenden Ergebnis: Die \u00fcberwiegende Zahl der genannten H\u00fcrden lie\u00dfen sich auf organisatorische und gesellschaftliche Umst\u00e4nde zur\u00fcckf\u00fchren, wohingegen sich f\u00fcr die Erfolgsfaktoren genau das umgekehrte Bild ergab. So sind viele Erfolgsfaktoren f\u00fcr weibliche F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte eben nicht organisatorischer oder gesellschaftlicher Natur, sondern liegen vielmehr im individuellen Charakter und den zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen gegr\u00fcndet. Selbstbewusstsein, Mentoring und das Vorhandensein von Netzwerken waren hier genannte Faktoren. Auch wenn es nat\u00fcrlich nicht erfreulich ist, dass strukturelle Faktoren wie z.B. Vorurteile der Karriere von Frauen im Weg stehen, ist das Resultat der Studie f\u00fcr die Forscherinnen kein unerfreuliches &#8211; ganz im Gegenteil. W\u00e4hrend organisationale und gesellschaftliche Ver\u00e4nderungen mehr Zeit br\u00e4uchten, k\u00f6nne man an der eigenen Person und den interpersonellen Beziehungen &#8211; und damit den Erfolgsfaktoren f\u00fcr den Weg nach oben &#8211; gezielt arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Laufe der Podiumsdiskussion gab Anna Kopp, Head of IT and Regional Office Lead Munich HQ bei Microsoft und Teilnehmerin der vorgestellten Studie, Einblick in ihren pers\u00f6nlichen Karriereweg und teilte einige n\u00fctzliche Tipps mit den MBS-Studierenden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seid authentisch und baut eure eigene Marke auf!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ihr seid nicht allein: Profitiert von euren Peers, eurem Netzwerk und euren Mentor*innen!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haltet die Augen offen: Vorbilder k\u00f6nnt ihr \u00fcberall finden!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00f6rt auf, perfekte Mitarbeiter*innen zu sein, und zeigt stattdessen, dass ihr gute F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte seid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entwickelt eure eigenen Leitprinzipien und handelt nach ihnen!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lernt &#8222;Nein&#8220; zu sagen und gebt Acht auf euch selbst: Wenn ihr die beste Version eurer selbst seid, profitiert letztendlich auch der Arbeitgeber davon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entschuldigt euch nicht f\u00fcr selbstverst\u00e4ndliche Dinge! <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach diesem ersten Input ging es im zweiten Teil des Women in Leaderships Dialogue dann in die Umsetzung. In drei verschiedenen Workshops konnten die MBS-Studierenden je nach Interesse ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Erfolgsfaktoren trainieren &#8211; zur Auswahl ein Networking-Workshop mit Isabell Hitzer (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.missionfemale.com\/#mission\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mission Female<\/a>) und Dr. Christine Menges, ein Workshop zur Entwicklung pers\u00f6nlicher Ziele mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panoramawolf.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Barbara Wolf<\/a> und ein Gehaltsverhandlungsworkshop mit Verhandlungsexpertin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-on-track.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Claudia Irsfeld<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped zusammen, um bei Snacks, Getr\u00e4nken und Musik den Abend ausklingen zu lassen und eines der gelernten Prinzipien in die Tat umzusetzen: Networking ist der Schl\u00fcssel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
