Vom 19. bis 20. Mai 2022 kamen sechs Partner in Barcelona zusammen, um den Startschuss f\u00fcr das Projekt Conscious Business Education zu geben – ein Forschungsprojekt, das von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union im Rahmen von Erasmus+ finanziert wird.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Projektkonsortium von Conscious Business Education (CBE) besteht aus den Universit\u00e4ten UPF Barcelona School of Management<\/a> (Spanien) – Gastgeber der Auftaktveranstaltung -, Palack\u00fd Universit\u00e4t Olomouc<\/a> (Tschechien), Nova School of Business and Economics<\/a> (Portugal), Impact Centre Erasmus<\/a> (Niederlande), Julius-Maximilians Universit\u00e4t W\u00fcrzburg<\/a> (Deutschland), der koordinierenden Partnerin Munich Business School<\/a> (Deutschland) und PIMEC<\/a>, dem katalanischen Verband der kleinen und mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vor 18 Monaten haben diese sechs Partner ihren Enthusiasmus f\u00fcr ein gemeinsames Ziel geb\u00fcndelt: die jetzige und die n\u00e4chste Generation von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und Unternehmern zu einem verantwortungsbewussten unternehmerischen Handeln zu bef\u00e4higen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Zu diesem Zweck hat sich das Konsortium zusammengetan, um einen Lehrplan f\u00fcr bewusste Unternehmensf\u00fchrung zu entwickeln. Der Lehrplan wird 21 Kurse umfassen, die von bewusster F\u00fchrung \u00fcber bewusstes Marketing und Impact Entrepreneurship bis hin zu einem ethischen Ansatz f\u00fcr Risikomanagement und Governance und vielen weiteren relevanten Themen f\u00fcr die Ausbildung von Bachelor- und Masterstudierenden sowie F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften reichen. Mit ihrem Ansatz konnten das Projektkonsortium, eine engagierte Gruppe von Akademiker*innen und Gesch\u00e4ftsleuten, die EU\/Erasmus+ \u00fcberzeugen, das Projekt drei Jahre lang bis 2024 zu finanzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Barcelona wurde nun entschieden, welche 21 Kurse unterrichtet werden sollen, was eine bewusste Unterrichtsphilosophie beinhaltet und welche gemeinsamen Designelemente enthalten sein sollten, um dem Conscious-Business-Education-Lehrplan eine einzigartige „W\u00fcrze“ zu verleihen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Das vielleicht spannendste Element des Projektansatzes ist, dass sich die Partner*innen nicht mit der blo\u00dfen Erstellung von 21 Conscious-Business-Kursen begn\u00fcgen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden vier europ\u00e4ische Konferenzen (sogenannte Multiplikatorenveranstaltungen) organisiert, auf denen das Kursmaterial erl\u00e4utert und mit Wirtschaftsp\u00e4dagog*innen an \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Universit\u00e4ten besprochen wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damit sollen Wirtschaftsdozierende in ganz Europa geschult, inspiriert und motiviert werden, Elemente des CBE-Kursmaterials zu \u00fcbernehmen, um die Art und Weise, wie Wirtschaft gelehrt wird, zu ver\u00e4ndern.
