April erreichte das Forschungsprojekt <em>Conscious Business Education<\/em> einen wichtigen Meilenstein: Mitglieder aller Projektpartner trafen sich in M\u00fcnchen zum LTT-Treffen &#8211; <em>Learning, Training and Teaching<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/consciousbusinesseducation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Conscious Business Educatio<\/em>n (CBE)<\/a> ist ein von Erasmus+ gef\u00f6rdertes Forschungsprojekt, das von der Munich Business School koordiniert wird. Ziel ist die Erarbeitung eines Lehrplans zum Thema des bewussten Wirtschaftens f\u00fcr Bachelor- und Masterstudieng\u00e4nge sowie den Bereich der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteausbildung (Executive Education). Was hat sich seit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/2022\/kick-off-fuer-das-forschungsprojekt-conscious-business-education\/\">Start des Projekts in Barcelona<\/a> vor etwa einem Jahr getan? Ziemlich viel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entwicklung eines Lehrplans f\u00fcr eine bewusste Wirtschaftsausbildung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An dem LTT-Treffen nahmen neben den MBS-Projektkoordinatoren Konstantin Mudrack und Prof. Dr. Christian Schmidkonz Vertreter*innen des Projektpartnerkonsortiums teil, das sich aus den Universit\u00e4ten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsm.upf.edu\/en#gs.35x473\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UPF Barcelona School of Management<\/a> (Spanien), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upol.cz\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Palack\u00fd University Olomouc<\/a> (Tschechische Republik), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novasbe.unl.pt\/en\/nova-sbe\/id\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nova School of Business and Economics<\/a> (Portugal), dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/school\/388042\/admin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Impact Centre Erasmus<\/a> (Niederlande), der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-wuerzburg.de\/startseite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Julius-Maximilians Universit\u00e4t W\u00fcrzburg<\/a> (Deutschland), der koordinierenden Partnerin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Munich Business School<\/a> (Deutschland) und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pimec.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PIMEC<\/a>, dem katalanischen Verband der kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen, zusammensetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein wichtiger Tagesordnungspunkt des LTT-Treffens war im Wesentlichen die Zusammenf\u00fchrung der verschiedenen Kurse, die die Partner entwickelt haben, zu einem koh\u00e4renten, koordinierten Lehrplan: Die Projektpartner verbrachten viel Zeit damit, die Best Practices innerhalb der 21 Kurse zu ermitteln, und wurden von der Vielfalt der Methoden, Praktiken und Instrumente \u00fcberrascht, die die 12 Professor*innen, die die Kurse entwickelt hatten, angewandt hatten. Vielfalt ist gut. W\u00e4hrend eine ganze Reihe von Best Practices identifiziert wurde, kam man zu dem Schluss, dass es keine &#8222;einzige Art und Weise, einen Kurs zu unterrichten&#8220; geben sollte. Denn die gibt es einfach nicht. Vielmehr ist es von Vorteil, Kreativit\u00e4t und Vielfalt zu f\u00f6rdern und gleichzeitig bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren als Beispiele und Handreichungen zu geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welche Best Practices wurden also ermittelt? Hier drei von vielen weiteren Beispielen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bringen Sie die Studierenden zum Nachdenken &#8211; \u00fcber ihre Werte und ihre Ziele. So kann eine reflektierende Haltung und eine bewusstere Teilnahme am Unterricht erwirkt werden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenden Sie zu Beginn jeder Unterrichtsstunde einfache Achtsamkeits\u00fcbungen an: Dies gibt den Takt f\u00fcr die gesamte Unterrichtsstunde vor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fchren Sie experimentelle und spielerische Methoden ein, mit denen die Studierenden die im jeweiligen Kurs behandelten Themen vertiefen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/LTT-Munich-2023-pic-5-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20259\" width=\"684\" height=\"332\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/LTT-Munich-2023-pic-5-1024x498.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/LTT-Munich-2023-pic-5-800x389.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/LTT-Munich-2023-pic-5-1536x747.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/LTT-Munich-2023-pic-5.jpg 2016w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Planung der Conscious Business Education-Multiplikatorenkonferenz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der zweite wichtige Punkt auf der Tagesordnung des LTT-Treffens war die detaillierte Planung der bevorstehenden <a href=\"https:\/\/consciousbusinesseducation.com\/conference\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Multiplikatorenkonferenz<\/a> vom 28. bis 29. Juni in Barcelona. Die Konferenz richtet sich haupts\u00e4chlich an drei Zielgruppen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professor*innen und Hochschuldozierende aller Art<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wissenschaftler*innen, Doktorand*innen oder Wirtschaftsstudierende<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lehrer*innen f\u00fcr Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre an Gymnasien oder Berufsschulen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Keine dieser drei Zielgruppen muss \u00fcber Vorkenntnisse zum Thema bewusstes Wirtschaften verf\u00fcgen &#8211; denn die Vermittlung dieses Wissens ist das Hauptthema der Konferenz. Entscheidend ist vielmehr, dass sich alle Zielgruppen mit wirtschaftsbezogenen Themen befassen bzw. diese unterrichten. Ziel der Konferenz ist es, Wissen zu vermitteln, das diese Lehrkr\u00e4fte bereichert und ihnen hilft, ihren Unterricht zu reformieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es war faszinierend zu sehen, wie das Team Methoden zur Weiterentwicklung des Konferenzprogramms anwandte, die an sich schon sehr bewusst sind. Das Programm sieht nun vor, dass Teile eines Kurses f\u00fcr das Publikum erlebnisorientiert durchgef\u00fchrt werden und dass das Publikum in Achtsamkeits\u00fcbungen und -werkzeuge eingef\u00fchrt wird. Auf dem LTT-Treffen wurde dieser &#8222;conscious spice&#8220; gro\u00dfe Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt &#8211; ein treffender Begriff f\u00fcr das, was die CBE-Kurse einzigartig macht. Tats\u00e4chlich ist es n\u00e4mlich das Ziel, nicht nur das, <em>was<\/em> gelehrt, zu erneuern, sondern auch die Art und Weise, <em>wie<\/em> es gelehrt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So weit, so gut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den n\u00e4chsten Wochen werden die CBE-Partner damit besch\u00e4ftigt sein, ihre erste gro\u00dfe Veranstaltung in Barcelona vorzubereiten.
