Funded by the French National Agency as part of the Erasmus+ program, the project aims to promote the internationalization of teaching and research in the field of social entrepreneurship at universities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Establishing a network of social innovation and entrepreneurship centers to support the internationalization of university-level teaching and learning on social entrepreneurship \u2013 that\u2019s the mission of&nbsp;<em>Social X-Change<\/em>, a new ERASMUS+ research project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project partners and research proposal<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In pursuit of this goal,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Munich Business School<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;has teamed up with three other European universities \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essec.edu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ESSEC Business School<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;in France, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tedu.edu.tr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TED University<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;in Turkey and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.url.edu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Ramon Llull University<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;in Spain \u2013 along with the Austrian branch of the global Impact Hub network, in an international collaborative endeavor. For the duration of the project until late 2025, the partners will work to strengthen cooperation in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Measuring social impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact investing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulatory frameworks for impact-driven companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Munich Business School\u2019s role in the&nbsp;<em>Social X-Change<\/em> research project<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/MBS-Logo-Social-Change.png\" alt=\"Logo of the Social X-Change project in which Munich Business School is a partner.\" class=\"wp-image-20278\" width=\"292\" height=\"152\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>In early March, the partners held an initial kick-off meeting at ESSEC Business School in Cergy, near Paris, to discuss their individual responsibilities in&nbsp;<em>Social X-Change<\/em> and how the project should move forward. Munich Business School, represented at the meeting by Cl\u00e9mentine Blazy as an employee of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecsocfin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">European Center for Social Finance<\/a>, will focus on knowledge transfer and developing best practices in relation to social entrepreneurship, cooperating closely with its international partners on this topic. The collaboration with TED University, which will concentrate on the topic of impact investing in the project, promises to produce valuable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits of the project<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the&nbsp;<em>Social X-Change<\/em>&nbsp;research project will help to shape the future of social innovation and entrepreneurship in Europe and beyond. Participating in this project will generate further benefits for Munich Business School \u2013 including expanding the university\u2019s international partner network and enhancing the quality of teaching and research in the field of social entrepreneurship.
