Dezember 2023 fand das Kick-off-Meeting des STAY OK Projekts statt, das von Exeo Lab Srl in Potenza, Italien, ausgerichtet wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese interessante Initiative richtet sich an Leiter von Kleinstunternehmen im Bereich der professionellen und beratenden Dienstleistungen. Sie zielt darauf ab, ihre Attraktivit\u00e4t auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu erh\u00f6hen und dem Trend der gro\u00dfen Resignation entgegenzuwirken, indem der Ansatz f\u00fcr das Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz verbessert wird.<br><br>Ziel des Projekts ist es, diese F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte bei der Formulierung und Umsetzung von Aktivit\u00e4ten zur F\u00f6rderung des Wohlbefindens am Arbeitsplatz zu unterst\u00fctzen.<br><br>Die Munich Business School arbeitet bei diesem Projekt aktiv mit internationalen Partnern zusammen. Neben Exeo Lab Srl sind an dem Projekt die maltesisch-italienische Handelskammer, Gesti\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica e Innovaci\u00f3n (Spanien), We Are Entrepreneurs (D\u00e4nemark) und Brainplus (\u00d6sterreich) beteiligt.<br><br>W\u00e4hrend sich viele Studien \u00fcber das Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz eher auf gr\u00f6\u00dfere Organisationen konzentrieren, erkennt das STAY OK Projekt den einzigartigen Kontext kleinerer Unternehmen an. In der Anfangsphase f\u00fchrt das STAY OK-Team Interviews mit Inhabern, Leitern und Managern von Kleinstunternehmen durch, die geistige Dienstleistungen wie Beratung und Bildung anbieten.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"222\" height=\"222\" src=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Stay-Ok-EU.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22200\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><sub>STAY OK ist ein von der EU gef\u00f6rdertes Projekt<\/sub><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ziel dieser Interviews ist es, wertvolle Einblicke in die Erfahrungen der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte mit dem Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz und die Herausforderungen, denen sie begegnen, zu sammeln.<br>Seit der Auftaktveranstaltung haben die Projektpartner flei\u00dfig an einer wissenschaftlichen Studie gearbeitet, um die vorgeschlagenen Kursmaterialien zu erstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kommendes Webinar: Im April 2024 wird die Munich Business School ein Webinar veranstalten, um die Forschungsergebnisse des Projekts vorzustellen.
