Its aims to enhance their attractiveness in the labor market and combat the trend of the great resignation by improving the approach to workplace well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project\u2019s objective is to assist these leaders in formulating and implementing activities that foster workplace well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Munich Business School is actively collaborating with international partners on this project. Alongside Exeo Lab Srl, the project involves the Maltese Italian Chamber of Commerce, Gesti\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica e Innovaci\u00f3n (Spain), We Are Entrepreneurs (Denmark), and Brainplus (Austria).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While many studies on workplace well-being tend to focus on larger organizations, the STAY OK project recognizes the unique context of smaller businesses. In the initial phase, the STAY OK team is conducting interviews with owners, leaders, and managers of micro-enterprises that provide intellectual services such as consultancy and education.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"222\" height=\"222\" src=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Stay-Ok-EU.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22200\" style=\"width:264px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><sub>STAY OK is an EU-funded project<\/sub><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>These interviews aim to compile valuable insights into the leaders\u2019 experiences with workplace well-being and the challenges they encounter. Since the kick-off event, the project partners have been diligently working on a scientific study to create the proposed course materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upcoming Webinar: In April 2024, Munich Business School will host a webinar to share the research findings from the project.
