Was erwarten sich Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte heutzutage von ihrem Leben? Wie denken sie \u00fcber Karriere, Arbeitgeber und Arbeitsplatz? Welche M\u00f6glichkeiten haben Unternehmen, Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte zu finden, die m\u00f6glichst genau ihren Anforderungen entsprechen? Um solche und \u00e4hnliche Fragen drehte sich die Veranstaltung MBS Dine &amp; Discuss am 12. M\u00e4rz.<\/p>\n<p>Das Event fand bereits zum 19. Mal statt, zum ersten Mal im Restaurant &#8222;Hofer \u2013 der Stadtwirt&#8220; nahe des Marienplatzes in der M\u00fcnchner Innenstadt. Mehr als 50 G\u00e4ste hatten sich im gem\u00fctlichen und zugleich stilvollen gotischen Kellergew\u00f6lbe eingefunden und freuten sich auf einen unterhaltsamen wie informativen Abend bei einem leckeren 3-G\u00e4nge-Menu: darunter die Hochschulleitung, Professoren, Studierende und Alumni der MBS; auch die internationalen Gastdozenten der MBS Master International Week waren gekommen.<\/p>\n<p>Die G\u00e4ste wurden von den Organisatoren, Studiengangsleiter MBA General Management+ Prof. Dr. Marc-Michael H. Bergfeld und MBA-Programmkoordinatorin Layla Eberle begr\u00fc\u00dft und auf den Abend eingestimmt. Unter dem Motto &#8222;The future of talent&#8220; standen zwei Vortr\u00e4ge von Marcel Rasche und Martin Franssen auf dem Plan, beide Experten aus der Unternehmenspraxis.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wer ist die Generation Y?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nachdem der erste Gang serviert und verspeist war, begann Marcel Rasche, Chief Generation Y Officer bei Consulting cum laude, mit seinem Vortrag &#8222;Talkin\u2018 bout my generation&#8220;. Darin charakterisierte er \u2013 selbst Vertreter der Generation Y \u2013 die Generation der jungen Arbeitnehmer von heute und morgen: ihre W\u00fcnsche, ihre Werte, ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis von Arbeit und Karriere.<\/p>\n<p>Laut Marcel sind bei den Nachwuchskr\u00e4ften der Generation Y sechs Prototypen erkennbar, die verschiedenen Konzepten und Vorstellungen vom Leben folgen (und damit auch von Arbeit und Karriere). \u00dcberraschenderweise sind bei jungen Deutschen die &#8222;Proper Conservatives&#8220; stark vertreten: Wer h\u00e4tte gedacht, dass sie 30 Prozent ausmachen? Trotzdem legt die Generation Y viel Wert auf Freiheit, Erfolg und pers\u00f6nliches Gl\u00fcck. Auch W\u00fcnsche wie in der Stadt zu leben spielen eine gro\u00dfe Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>In seinem eindrucksvollen Vortrag sprach Rasche auch die Herausforderungen an, die als Folge auf Unternehmen zukommen. Etwa: Wie k\u00f6nnen l\u00e4ndlich gelegene, kleine Firmen noch qualifizierten Nachwuchs anlocken? Wie sollen Unternehmen \u00fcberhaupt noch junge Mitarbeiter finden, die f\u00fcr ihre Arbeit brennen und nicht nur f\u00fcr ihre pers\u00f6nliche Erf\u00fcllung?<\/p>\n<p><b>Interim Management \u2013 spezialisiertes Talent<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Hauptgang folgte der Vortrag von Martin Franssen, Gr\u00fcnder und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Interim Excellence. Der erfahrene Interimsmanager hat eine Onlineplattform gegr\u00fcndet, aufbauend auf seinem Expertenwissen im Bereich &#8222;Interim Management&#8220;. Er vermittelt Interimsmanager an Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Franssen stellte den G\u00e4sten sein Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell vor und erkl\u00e4rte, wie Unternehmen von Interimsmanagern profitieren k\u00f6nnen: etwa wenn kurzfristig ein personeller Engpass im Management entsteht oder ein erfahrener Spezialist gesucht wird (zum Beispiel f\u00fcr eine Umstrukturierung des Unternehmens). Laut Franssen sind Interimsmanager eine interessante Option f\u00fcr spezifische unternehmerische Herausforderungen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Talente \u2013 international betrachtet<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Gerade als der Applaus f\u00fcr Franssen verstummt war, wurde das Dessert serviert und es begann eine lebhafte Diskussion. Die Experten beantworteten geduldig Fragen, die Gastdozenten aus Asien, Europa und den USA f\u00fcgten der Diskussion eine internationale Perspektive hinzu. Prof. Dr. Bergfeld dankte Franssen und Marcel f\u00fcr ihre interessanten und informativen Vortr\u00e4ge und verabschiedete die G\u00e4ste: &#8222;Ich hoffe, dass unser heutiges Dine &amp; Discuss Event inspirierend f\u00fcr alle war. Wir bem\u00fchen uns selbstverst\u00e4ndlich weiter, Experten wie Franssen und Marcel einzuladen, die uns innovative Ideen pr\u00e4sentieren.
