W\u00e4hrend sich traditionelle Onboarding-Rahmenwerke auf die Begr\u00fc\u00dfung durch das Unternehmen, das Management und die Kollegen konzentrieren, f\u00fchrt seine Studie eine vierte wesentliche Komponente ein \u2013 eine IT-Begr\u00fc\u00dfung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Studie zeigt, dass IT-bezogene Herausforderungen w\u00e4hrend des Onboardings aus der Ferne das Engagement und die Einsatzbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter negativ beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen.
