That\u2019s why resilience management is part of our curriculum.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>MBS professor for Human Resources, Arnd Albrecht, is currently exploring how future leaders develop resilience during their studies. At the <strong>32. Jahrestagung der Deutschen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Psychosomatische Medizin und \u00c4rztliche Psychotherapie (DGPM)<\/strong> [32nd Annual Conference of the German Society for Psychosomatic Medicine and Medical Psychotherapy] and the <strong>75. Arbeitstagung des Deutschen Kollegiums f\u00fcr Psychosomatische Medizin (DKPM)<\/strong> [75th Working Meeting of the German Association for Psychosomatic Medicine] in Berlin, he presented a longitudinal study following 150 international business students over several semesters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The findings?<\/strong> Stress levels consistently peak during exam phases. But more importantly, <strong>internal stressors<\/strong> \u2014 such as fear of failure and overthinking \u2014 clearly dominate over external ones.
