Her talk about <em>\u201cLead Yourself First\u201d<\/em> delivered a clear message: leaders must take their own wellbeing seriously, as this forms the foundation for their team\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nico Reis (Senior Coach, scale up)<\/strong> in his session <em>\u201cThe Importance of Core Values in Growing Teams\u201d<\/em>, highlighted how shared values act as a compass for growth.
