Die Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Bier war ihm als geb\u00fcrtigen Oberfranken ohnehin in die Wiege gelegt worden \u2013 weist die Region doch die h\u00f6chste Brauereidichte der Welt auf. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8222;Warum also nicht beides miteinander verbinden&#8220;, sagte sich Christian \u2013 und wurde binnen weniger Jahre zu Deutschlands erstem &#8222;Beerpreneur&#8220;: mit einer eigenen, exportstarken Biermarke, einem immer weiterwachsenden Netz an Bierfachgesch\u00e4ften und der Vision, die Anerkennung und Wertigkeit des Produktes Bier zu steigern. Und als ob das nicht genug w\u00e4re, gibt Christian sein Gr\u00fcnder- und Unternehmerwissen auch noch an MBS Studierende weiter und unterst\u00fctzt junge Start-ups mit Rat und Tat. Doch der Reihe nach\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als Christian 2006 sein Bachelor International Business Studium an der MBS begann, hatte er noch keine genauen Vorstellungen von seiner Karriere. &#8222;W\u00e4hrend meines Studiums stellte sich dann aber recht schnell heraus, dass Gr\u00fcnder- und Unternehmertum eine gro\u00dfe Faszination auf mich aus\u00fcbten; einschlie\u00dflich der Prozesse, die mit einer Gr\u00fcndung einhergehen: Innovationen, Businesspl\u00e4ne, Kapitalbeschaffung, solche Sachen eben&#8220;, erinnert sich Christian an den Beginn seiner akademischen Laufbahn. &#8222;Ich habe dann im Rahmen des Studiums ein Praktikum bei Holtzbrinck Ventures gemacht, einem gro\u00dfen Investor und Risikokapitalgeber. Sp\u00e4testens zu diesem Zeitpunkt war meine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr das Thema Unternehmensgr\u00fcndungen geweckt.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Von da an ging es Schlag auf Schlag: Christian gr\u00fcndete MBS Innovate (heute: MBS Entrepreneurship Society), eine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/de\/hochschule\/mbs-erfolgsgeschichten\/studentische-initiativen.html\">Studenteninitiative<\/a> f\u00fcr angehende Gr\u00fcnder. Anschlie\u00dfend rief er gemeinsam mit der MBS Hochschulleitung M\u00fcnchens gr\u00f6\u00dften Gr\u00fcnderkongress ins Leben, den Munich Venture Summit. Das Event fand bislang sechsmal statt \u2013 und begeistert seither die M\u00fcnchner Start-up-Szene mit renommierten Gast-Speakern wie beispielsweise Oliver Samwer oder Anil Gupta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Von der Theorie in die Praxis <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach Bachelor-Abschluss und Praktikum in den USA (nat\u00fcrlich im Silicon Valley!) hatte Christian w\u00e4hrend seines Master-Studiums die z\u00fcndende Idee: &#8222;2010 verbrachte ich ein Auslandssemester in Indien. Mir fiel auf, dass es am dortigen Markt kein dominierendes Exportbier gab. So entstand die Idee einer exportorientierten Biermarke &#8218;made in Germany&#8216;: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.st-erhard.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">St. ERHARD<\/a> war geboren&#8220;, erz\u00e4hlt Christian von den Anf\u00e4ngen seines Unternehmens. Bereits ein Jahr sp\u00e4ter verlie\u00dfen die ersten Flaschen Kellerbier die Abf\u00fcllanlage im fr\u00e4nkischen Hallerndorf nahe Bamberg in Richtung Indien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcnf Jahre St. ERHARD <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zur\u00fcck in die Gegenwart: Gerade hat Christian das f\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrige Bestehen seiner Biermarke gefeiert. Mit einem Aussto\u00df von rund 1.000 Hektolitern pro Jahr ist St. ERHARD heute einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Craft-Beer-Produzenten in Deutschland: &#8222;Wir exportieren unser Bier inzwischen in 12 L\u00e4nder auf vier Kontinenten. Neben unserem ersten Exportmarkt Indien ist St. ERHARD inzwischen auch in Neuseeland, Japan, Hongkong und Mexico erh\u00e4ltlich&#8220;, so die stolze Zwischenbilanz des &#8222;Beerpreneurs&#8220;, wie Christian sich selbst bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8222;Wir wollen die Bierfachgesch\u00e4ft-Branche dominieren&#8220; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auch Christians zweite Unternehmung erfreut sich stetigen Wachstums \u2013 und hat selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch mit Bier zu tun: 2014 er\u00f6ffnete der sympathische Oberfranke seine erste Bierothek \u2013 eine Vinothek f\u00fcr den Bierfreund, einen &#8222;Fachladen rund ums Bier&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Hier finden Bierfreunde nicht nur Christians Eigenmarke, sondern dar\u00fcber hinaus eine riesige Auswahl an Bieren aus aller Herren L\u00e4nder, insgesamt mehr als 300 Sorten. Wir wollen die erste Anlaufstelle sein f\u00fcr alles rund um das Thema Bier. Wir bieten zum Beispiel Bierberatung an, veranstalten Bier- und Brauseminare&#8220;, erl\u00e4utert Christian das Konzept seines station\u00e4ren Handels. &#8222;Unser Anspruch ist es, die Wertigkeit und das Ansehen von Bier positiv zu ver\u00e4ndern.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Schon heute ist Christian mit seinen Bierotheken Marktf\u00fchrer im Bereich Bierfachgesch\u00e4fte in Deutschland. Dieses erfolgreiche Konzept m\u00f6chte er weiter ausbauen: &#8222;Derzeit befinden sich vier weitere Bierotheken in der Planungsphase, zus\u00e4tzlich haben wir einige Franchising-Anfragen, auch aus dem Ausland&#8220;, so Christian \u00fcber seine Zukunftspl\u00e4ne. Sein ehrgeiziges Ziel: &#8222;Wir wollen die Bierfachgesch\u00e4ft-Branche dominieren. In jeder gr\u00f6\u00dferen Stadt muss eines Tages eine Bierothek stehen!&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00fcckkehr zur Alma Mater <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vor wenigen Jahren selbst noch wissbegieriger Student mit Gr\u00fcnderambitionen, gibt Christian sein inzwischen beachtliches Wissen heute an die n\u00e4chste Generation weiter: Er h\u00e4lt Vortr\u00e4ge auf Messen und an verschiedenen Hochschulen zum Thema Gr\u00fcndung, an seiner Alma Mater MBS unterrichtet er in den MBA-Programmen &#8222;Management in Emerging Markets \u2013 India&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Eine Hochschule wie die Munich Business School bietet den perfekten Rahmen, um Gr\u00fcnder zu werden.
