Eine bekannte Definition eines Mannes, der zweifelsfrei als einer der Gr\u00f6\u00dften in der Gesch\u00e4ftswelt gilt. Doch ist dies auch eine pr\u00e4zise und geeignete Definition? Eines ist jedenfalls klar: Es gibt verschiedene Definitionen dessen, was Leadership bedeutet, was es tut und mit welchem Ziel.<\/p>\n<p>Grund genug f\u00fcr MBS Dozent Prof. Dr. Marc-Michael Bergfeld, um &#8222;The Future of Leadership&#8220; zum Thema der neuesten, mittlerweile 25. Ausgabe seiner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/de\/programme\/mba-ueberblick.html\">MBA<\/a>-Networking-Veranstaltungsreihe Dine &amp; Discuss zu machen. Etwa 60 MBS-Studenten, Alumni und Fakult\u00e4tsmitglieder, sowie eine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/en\/2016\/09\/ecuador-courage-2016\/\">Gruppe ecuadorianischer Unternehmer<\/a>, die zu Gast waren, hatten sich im traditionell bayerischen Restaurant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paulaner-im-tal.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paulaner im Tal<\/a> versammelt, mitten im M\u00fcnchner Stadtzentrum, um ein k\u00f6stliches Drei-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fc zu genie\u00dfen, begleitet von Pr\u00e4sentationen der Leadership-Experten Kay Segler, Senior Vice President Special Projects Asia bei BMW, und Timm Barlet, Director Global Dealer Network Strategy bei AUDI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emotionen wecken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4875 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/MBS-dine-discuss-leadership-5-1-150x200.jpg\" alt=\"MBS Dine &amp; Discuss Leadership\" width=\"248\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/MBS-dine-discuss-leadership-5-1-150x200.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/MBS-dine-discuss-leadership-5-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/MBS-dine-discuss-leadership-5-1.jpg 864w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 248px) 100vw, 248px\" \/>Nach einer herzlichen Begr\u00fc\u00dfung durch Prof. Dr. Bergfeld ergriff Timm Barlet als Erster das Wort. Er stellte zun\u00e4chst kurz seine Aufgaben als Verantwortlicher f\u00fcr das weltweite H\u00e4ndlernetz bei AUDI vor und behandelte dann aktuelle Trends in der Automobilindustrie sowie globale Herausforderungen im Business, wie z.B. die zunehmende Komplexit\u00e4t, Volatilit\u00e4t, Unsicherheit und Ambiguit\u00e4t der heutigen M\u00e4rkte.<\/p>\n<p>Als entscheidende Eigenschaften der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte von morgen f\u00fchrte Timm Barlet Kompetenzen auf wie die F\u00e4higkeit, sich den Trends und der Umgebung anzupassen, Selbstbewusstsein und kollaboratives Denken. \u201eMan muss bei den Menschen Emotionen wecken, dann leisten sie ganz von allein gute Arbeit. Dies l\u00e4sst sich durch h\u00f6flichen Umgang, gegenseitiges Feedback, das Teilen von Informationen und vor allem durch Vertrauen in Ihre Leute erreichen\u201c, fasste der Experte seine Wahrnehmung von Leadership zusammen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L = (YxT)<sup>(S+N) <\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Einen Hauptgang sp\u00e4ter kn\u00fcpfte Kay Segler mit einer au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Herangehensweise an, indem er seine Vorstellung von Leadership in einer \u201emathematischen\u201d Formel zusammenfasste: L = (YxT)<sup>(S+N)<\/sup> oder, ausgeschrieben: <strong>L<\/strong>eadership ist das Produkt aus <strong>Y<\/strong>ou und <strong>T<\/strong>hem hoch <strong>S<\/strong>ignals plus <strong>N<\/strong>etwork. &#8222;<em>You<\/em> und <em>Them<\/em> ist die Grundlage von Leadership. Davon ausgehend muss man Signale senden, aber nat\u00fcrlich nicht die falschen, und das eigene Netzwerk nutzen. Dabei betonte er insbesondere die Wichtigkeit des Netzwerks: &#8222;Networking beginnt in Situationen, in denen man helfen kann, nicht, wenn man Hilfe ben\u00f6tigt. Man muss erst investieren und das eigene Netzwerk auf einer pers\u00f6nlichen Basis pflegen. Sp\u00e4ter werden Sie dann davon profitieren&#8220;, schloss er seine Rede ab.<\/p>\n<p>In einer anschlie\u00dfenden Frage-Antwort-Runde kam es unter den anwesenden G\u00e4sten zu lebhaften Diskussionen rund um das Thema Leadership, aber auch zu anderen Business-Themen. &#8222;Ein Abend voller Inspirationen und fruchtbaren Diskussionen neigt sich dem Ende zu.
