Warum ist das im Gesch\u00e4ftsleben so gef\u00e4hrlich? Und warum ist das m\u00f6glich, wo doch eigentlich jeder durch breiten Informationszugang durch unsere Medien gut informiert sein sollte?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/MBS-Arnd-Albrecht-Pipi-e1476100260468.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5001\" src=\"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/MBS-Arnd-Albrecht-Pipi-e1476100260468.jpg\" alt=\"MBS Pipi TM\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/MBS-Arnd-Albrecht-Pipi-e1476100260468.jpg 381w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/MBS-Arnd-Albrecht-Pipi-e1476100260468-150x200.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Verhaltensmuster werden stark durch Tradition, Wertvorstellungen, Normen und Religion gepr\u00e4gt. Ein Produkt, ein Service oder eine schlichte Verhandlung f\u00fchren dazu, dass Missverst\u00e4ndnisse genau dadurch entstehen, dass falsche Interpretation und emotionale Muster abgerufen werden. M\u00f6glicherweise werden Produkte wegen ihres Namens oder Aussehens nicht gekauft. M\u00f6glicherweise ruft der Name <em>Pipi<\/em><sup>TM<\/sup> der gelben in durchsichtigen Flaschen abgef\u00fcllten kroatischen Limonade in Deutschland andere Assoziationen hervor. Auch k\u00f6nnen Missverst\u00e4ndnisse und Irritationen bei Verhandlungen und Projekten zu l\u00e4ngerfristigen negativen Konsequenzen oder sogar zum Abbruch von Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Auch Geschmacks- und Verhaltensunterschiede k\u00f6nnen interkulturelle Unterschiede bedingen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visuell<\/strong>: Wei\u00dfe Farbe f\u00fcr Trauer in Indien, f\u00fcr Festlichkeit und Freude in Europa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Olfaktorisch<\/strong>: Parf\u00fcmkomponenten wie Rosenwasser in arabisch-asiatischen L\u00e4ndern, Lavendel-Duft im mediterranen Gebieten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gustatorisch<\/strong>: Ulisimali\u00a0(rohes, fermentiertes Robbenfleisch) in Island<em>, <\/em>Pinyin pid\u00e0n, das &#8222;tausendj\u00e4hrige Ei&#8220; (fermentiertes Ei) oder ged\u00fcnstete G\u00e4nsef\u00fc\u00dfe in Asien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phonetisch<\/strong>: Die Zahl 4, die im asiatischen Raum phonetisch klingt wie der &#8222;Tod&#8220; (Homophonie von <em>shi)<\/em>, w\u00e4hrend die Zahl 8 (<em>ba<\/em>) phonetisch an <em>fa<\/em> f\u00fcr &#8222;voran&#8220; erinnert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kommunikationsverhalten<\/strong>: Lange Pausen im Gespr\u00e4ch und in der Diskussion bei Finnen und Japanern, \u00fcberlappende Konversationsg\u00e4nge in Italien und anderen s\u00fcdeurop\u00e4ischen und lateinamerikanischen L\u00e4ndern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Erfolg internationaler Beziehungen und globalen Handels h\u00e4ngt in erster Linie vom perfekten Zusammenspiel der Partner ab. Betrachtet man die heutigen Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen, erkennt man, dass immer st\u00e4rker Partner verschiedenartigster kultureller Wurzeln miteinander in Kontakt treten m\u00fcssen. Trotz Globalisierung und damit st\u00e4rkerer Verkn\u00fcpfung, vor allem durch neue und schnellere Kommunikationswege, f\u00fchrt es nicht immer zu einem st\u00e4rkeren Verst\u00e4ndnis der anderen Verhandlungspartei.
