Ziel des Projektes ist es, mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen au\u00dferhalb von Ballungszentren praxisnahe Employer-Branding-Strategien aufzuzeigen, um Talente zu gewinnen und langfristig an sich zu binden \u2013 in Zeiten von Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel und sich \u00e4ndernden Anforderungen an Arbeitgeber durch die Generation Y.<\/p>\n<p>Dem Forschungsteam geh\u00f6rt unter anderem Prof. Dr. Patricia Kraft an, Professorin f\u00fcr International Business und Studiengangsleiterin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/de\/programme\/bachelor-international-business.html\">Bachelor International Business<\/a> an der MBS.<\/p>\n<p>Erste Erkenntnisse haben die Experten der MBS und der Universit\u00e4t Regensburg nun in der Fachzeitschrift <a href=\"http:\/\/www.helfrecht.de\/service\/methodik.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">methodik<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht. In ihrem Beitrag analysieren sie zuerst die aktuelle Situation im Bereich Employer Branding.
