{"id":817,"date":"2015-08-14T11:24:52","date_gmt":"2015-08-14T09:24:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/?p=817"},"modified":"2016-02-03T08:48:26","modified_gmt":"2016-02-03T07:48:26","slug":"das-gluck-chinesischer-studenten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/2015\/das-gluck-chinesischer-studenten\/","title":{"rendered":"Das Gl\u00fcck chinesischer Studenten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Auch in diesem Jahr organisierte die Sichuan University in Chengdu wieder ein \u201eUniversity Immersion Program\u201c f\u00fcr ihre Studierenden: Rund 150 Professoren aus aller Welt unterrichteten zwei Wochen lang tausende chinesische und auch einige internationale Studierende an einer der profiliertesten Universit\u00e4ten Chinas.<\/p>\n<p>Die unterrichteten Fachbereiche waren ausgesprochen vielf\u00e4ltig und die MBS war mit einem Ausschnitt des Kurses \u201eErfolgsfaktor Gl\u00fcck\u201c an der Business School der Sichuan University vertreten. \u00dcber 100 Studierende hatten den Kurs gew\u00e4hlt, um mehr dar\u00fcber zu erfahren, was Gl\u00fcck alles bedeuten kann und wie es sich in wirtschaftliche Aspekte integrieren l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>In einer der ersten \u00dcbungen des Kurses ordneten die Studierenden ihrer subjektiven, gegenw\u00e4rtigen Lebenszufriedenheit eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 10 zu (nach der sog. Cantril-Leiter). Im Ergebnis zeigte sich, dass die Gruppe der chinesischen Studierenden des Kurses mit einem Wert von durchschnittlich 6,21 einen leicht niedrigeren Wert vergeben hatte als eine vergleichbare Gruppe deutscher Studierender. Studentinnen schienen ein wenig gl\u00fccklicher zu sein als ihre m\u00e4nnlichen Kommilitonen. Auf die Frage, ob die Studierenden in dem, was sie in ihrem Leben machen, einen Sinn sehen, erreichten hingegen die Studenten einen leicht h\u00f6heren Wert (6,53) als die Studentinnen (6,45).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Happiness_2-1024x769.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-818\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-818 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Happiness_2-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"Happiness_2-1024x769\" width=\"1024\" height=\"769\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Happiness_2-1024x769.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Happiness_2-1024x769-266x200.jpg 266w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Happiness_2-1024x769-600x451.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Happiness_2-1024x769-326x245.jpg 326w, https:\/\/www.munich-business-school.de\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Happiness_2-1024x769-80x60.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Was macht nun Studierende in China gl\u00fccklich? Sowohl die Kursteilnehmer in Chengdu als auch die in M\u00fcnchen empfinden es als \u201eGl\u00fcck\u201c, etwas mit Freunden zu unternehmen oder eine Pr\u00fcfung zu bestehen. Es gibt jedoch auch einige chinesische Besonderheiten: Ausgesprochen h\u00e4ufig wurden \u201egutes Essen\u201c und der zumindest telefonische Kontakt mit der Familie als Gl\u00fccksfaktoren genannt. Auch das Reisen im Allgemeinen sowie der Besuch der Familie, die oft mehrere tausend Kilometer entfernt lebt, wurden aufgef\u00fchrt. Einige Studierende nannten sogar das \u201eAlleinsein\u201c als Gl\u00fccksfaktor \u2013 was im Zweifel dem Umstand geschuldet ist, dass man sein Zimmer im Wohnheim mit drei weiteren Studenten teilt und auf dem Campus st\u00e4ndig und \u00fcberall Kommilitonen trifft. Materielle G\u00fcter hingegen nannten die Studierenden in China auffallend selten.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich basieren diese Ergebnisse nur auf einer kleinen und zudem ausgew\u00e4hlten Gruppe von Wirtschaftsstudentinnen und -studenten in ihren ersten Studienjahren; sie sind nicht repr\u00e4sentativ f\u00fcr alle Studierenden oder sogar ganz China. Allerdings erlauben die Zahlen wie auch die Antworten auf die offenen Fragen erste interessante Einblicke gerade in die kulturell und lebensbedingt unterschiedlichen Gl\u00fccksfaktoren chinesischer und deutscher Studierender. Erkenntnisse hier\u00fcber sind nicht zuletzt f\u00fcr die Universit\u00e4ten und Business Schools wichtig, um eine Lernumgebung zu schaffen, die den Studienerfolg positiv beeinflussen
