Dr. Claudia Fritz

Dr. Claudia Fritz obtained her Bachelor in International Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Thereafter, she completed a Master of International Business at HEC Paris.
She started her professional career by working as a strategy consultant for Bain & Company. During her academic leave of absence, she obtained a PhD in organizational behavior at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She has published in various academic journals and has received multiple awards for her academic work. After having completed her PhD, she continued working as a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company and thereafter as a Strategy & Business Development Manager at ESCADA.
Since the beginning of 2022, she has worked at various universities of applied sciences as a guest lecturer.
