Who is Bettina Dietsche?
Bettina Dietsche drives the ongoing transformation of Allianz as Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) of Allianz Group, focusing on people and culture within the company. As Chief Operating & People Officer of AGCS from July 2018 to November 2022, Bettina Dietsche was instrumental in driving cultural change, people development and the implementation of new technologies on a global scale. In doing so, she successfully drove the transformation of AGCS. Prior to that, she was Head of Group Operations at Allianz SE (January 2017 to June 2018).
Bettina is convinced that it is now more important than ever to focus on people and thus make culture the foundation of business success. For her, digitization and focus on people go hand in hand to achieve the best customer experience and foster a company culture where values and people matter, motivating and making it more sustainable in a fast-changing world. Their agenda drives them along three driving forces: people, culture and platform - to attract and nurture new talent, to foster and live a culture that aligns with Allianz's purpose and strategy, and to achieve IT excellence with our systems.
"The MBS Female Leadership Lounge is a great opportunity for MBS female students to develop personally and professionally. Our C-level mentors are wonderful role models in many different areas and always authentic female leaders in the DACH region and beyond!"
