Munich Business School named a kununu Top Company Once Again

Munich Business School was once again awarded the kununu Top Company seal in 2026, reaffirming its status as one of the most attractive employers in the German-speaking world. The university had already received this award the previous year—this latest recognition underscores the consistently high level of employee satisfaction.

The Top Company seal is awarded by the employer review platform kununu and is based exclusively on independent reviews from employees. Only about five percent of the companies listed on kununu qualify for this award each year. Criteria include a high recommendation rate, an above-average rating score, and a consistent number of recent employee reviews.

For Munich Business School, receiving this honor once again is an important testament to its organizational culture. At the core of this are a supportive work environment, an open feedback culture, and the targeted development of employees.

Dr. Christine Menges, Chancellor of Munich Business School, says:

“Being named a kununu Top Company once again is an important validation of our daily work as an employer. For us, a culture of appreciation, transparency, and professional development is not just lip service, but a reality we live by. We are particularly proud that our employees reflect this so positively.”

Munich Business School views this repeated recognition not only as an honor but also as an incentive to further enhance its reputation as an employer. The goal remains to create an environment in which employees can realize their potential and develop a long-term sense of belonging to the organization.
