We are looking for a

Student Recruitment Manager - MBA Program
(f/m/x)


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering a student recruitment and conversion strategy for our MBA Program
  • Providing a high quality, proactive and responsive phone and email enquiries service, including one-to-one study advice and guidance to potential applicants
  • Manage and deliver in-person and on-campus events which are focused at lead generation and offer-holder conversion, including info sessions, open days, ad hoc campus visits, and fairs
  • Develop and manage student recruitment partnerships for all programs with international recruitment agents
  • Create and deliver recruitment agent trainings and support mechanisms
  • Manage and regularly update the recruitment database and CRM
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of competitor activity through targeted observations, professional networks and reports
  • Proactively contribute to the production of MBA program information and marketing material
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders (including academic directors, int. office, career center, alumni team, etc.) to enhance the recruitment experience for prospective students

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Recruitment/sales/talent acquisition experience
  • Comfortable in a student-facing role with a strong personal commitment to customer care and enthusiasm for meeting people and a cross-cultural awareness
  • Highly developed planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Effective and engaging communicator both written and verbal
  • Advanced knowledge of IT including Microsoft Word and Excel and experience in using a Customer Relationship (CRM) system
  • This post includes national and international travel
  • Experience of working in a higher education institution is desirable

Process Optimization Manager (full-or part-time) (f/m/x)
 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize processes and procedures across business school departments (using standard business process management tools and agile/scrum skills)
  • Prioritize, resolve and correct complex operational challenges
  • Review responsibilities, process ownership and organizational structure to derive optimization potential and drive workforce unity and operational excellence
  • Research and analyze best methods and practices to digitalize management processes
  • Consult, interact and collaborate with all stakeholders to develop new features and extent current features
  • Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to create synergies and ensure newly defined processes are adopted across the business school and define outcome measurements for change processes

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Informatics or related field
  • Experience in business process optimization
  • Willingness to analyze academic processes (product management, admission processes, etc.) and back-office processes (Accounting, HR, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of user behavior and UX standards
  • Agile / Scrum skills - refinement, sprints, squads and stand-ups
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working with KPI's and third-party API management/integration
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills (at least B2/C1level)
  • Existing knowledge of Salesforce product and previous Salesforce deployment preferred
  • Experience with advanced reporting/analytic tools (e.g. Crystal report, Power BI) is a plus
  • Experience with working in a Higher Education setting beneficial

Professor for Sustainable Business Transformation (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

  • Teaching courses in the fields of sustainable business transformation, sustainable supply chain management, product lifecycle management, circular economy, and related management disciplines to business students in Bachelor, Master, MBA, and DBA programs
  • Taking over basic General Management and International Business courses
  • Contributing to research, preferably in our focus research areas
  • Individually supervising students and maintaining contacts with industry partners, political and civil society institutions
  • Involvement in governance and committee work as well as institutional development 

Our Requirements

  • Proven excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels 
  • Commitment to high quality research with an appropriate record of scholarship 
  • Relevant work experience in the areas of sustainable business models, sustainable business transformation, corporate sustainability management, sustainability impact assessment tools and measures, sustainability audit/consulting or similar 
  • Strong network and demonstrated ability to work with industry partners in economy, ecology, politics, and civil society 
  • International profile and teaching experience in English
  • Engineering and/or technical expertise is a plus 

All applicants must fulfill the formal requirements for the position of professor in Bavaria including: 

  • University degree and doctorate in a relevant field 
  • Professional experience of at least five years, three of which must have been gained outside a university
