We are looking for a

International Recruitment Manager to focus on international partner agencies (f/m/x) in fulltime (100%)

Key responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Sales, you will initiate and implement a go-to-market strategy to attract Bachelor, Master and MBA students through international placement agencies (B2B)
  • You will develop international sales structures in relevant target markets (including from Latin America, North America, Asia and Sub Sahara Africa) and work closely with the Marketing and Sales department
  • You will manage the agency network and continuously develop it further
  • You will be the primary point of contact for all agencies and build a strong relationship with our global recruitment agents
  • You will regularly train our agents and recruitment partners (in English or German) on our study programs and study content
  • You will be responsible for planning and coordinating target group-specific sales activities, such as trade fair visits and information events
  • You will coordinate and supervise FAM trips to Munich for selected agency partners
  • You will take over administrative processes, prepare documents and contracts and be responsible for the budget

Your Profile:

  • You have a university degree and professional experience in international recruiting
  • You have a comprehensive network to international education agencies from the higher education sector
  • You have a profound experience in marketing
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy sales
  • You can act in an interdisciplinary manner and have a strategic mindset
  • You enjoy dealing with people and have a friendly and confident manner
  • You are flexible and also willing to take on necessary travel activities
  • You maintain an overview even in a very dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to new situations
  • You communicate professionally in English written and spoken
  • You have very good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM systems
  • Your personality is characterized by conscientiousness, sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team and you are an organizational talent with hands-on mentality and negotiation skills
