On April 5, MBS Bachelor International Business alumnus Daniel Barke, CEO and Co-Founder of WorkGenius, visited his alma mater and gave an inspiring lecture on governance in start-ups as part of Professor Dr. Carsten Rennhak’s Corporate Governance class.
Daniel presented the business model of his company – a provider for digital workforce solutions that connects companies and freelancers based on tasks –, reflected on the challenges of growth, and gave well-received insights into control mechanisms as well the advisory board structure.
