Florian Schardt

Florian Schardt studied economics at LMU Munich and at Lunds Universitet in Sweden. After holding positions at the University of Passau and at KPMG, he founded AZUBIYO GmbH in 2009, one of Germany's leading job portals for vocational training and dual studies with around 80 employees. Since the successful exit to FUNKE Mediengruppe he is working as a business angel and advises publishers on digital business models.

He is involved in a variety of voluntary activities. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Munich District Council. In June 2021, he was elected Vice President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria. Since 2016, he has supported "Für Sierra Sierra e.V.," played a key role in designing the first nationwide business plan competition in Sierra Leone.
