When Pascal Ritter wrote his Master thesis at Unilever with Professor Dr. Arnd Albrecht at Munich Business School (MBS) three years ago and got to know the world of product management at Unilever during his internship, he would not have thought that he would return to MBS: This time as a speaker on the exciting topic of e-commerce at one of the world’s largest consumer goods producers. The MBS Master’s students listened attentively to the entertaining presentations and explanations about the world of the “New Media” world of a giant who was still using conventional sales channels for a long time. Now – thanks to Pascal Ritter’s commitment and ideas – new paths are being taken to win over the highly competitive market more and more.
