Prof. Dr. Giulia Parola



   

Prof. Dr. Giulia Parola ist Interim-Professorin für Entrepreneurship an der Munich Business School und Postdoktorandin am Fachbereich Wirtschaft und Management der Universität der Bundeswehr München. Außerdem arbeitet sie mit dem European Center for Social Finance zusammen, einem Kompetenzzentrum, das der MBS angegliedert ist.

Über die akademische Welt hinaus arbeitet Giulia als Expertin, Projektleiterin und Trainerin und führt Workshops und Webinare für Fachleute durch. Sie leitet mehrere von der EU finanzierte Berufsbildungsprojekte in Bereichen wie soziales Unternehmertum, Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz und Familienunternehmen.

Die gebürtige Italienerin hat sich durch akademische und berufliche Erfahrungen in Spanien, Marokko und Indien ein internationales Profil aufgebaut. Seit 2014 lebt sie in Deutschland, wo sie einen Master-Abschluss in Life Science Economics and Policy an der Technischen Universität München und einen Doktortitel in Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften an der Universität der Bundeswehr München erworben hat. Ihre Doktorarbeit befasste sich mit der Überbrückung der Kluft zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis im Management.
