Responsible leadership, ethical decision-making, and sustainability are addressed through academic courses, practical projects, and opportunities for civic engagement.
At Munich Business School, responsible management education is an integral part of our mission to prepare globally minded, innovative, and responsible business leaders. As a signatory of the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), we publish regular Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) reports. On this page you can find all reports since 2015.
Quick facts
We translate our commitment to responsible management education into activities across different areas of university life:
PRME is a United Nations-supported initiative established in 2007. As a signatory, MBS is part of an international network of business and management schools working to integrate responsibility and sustainability into management education.
Our commitment is reflected in our teaching, research, partnerships, and institutional practices. Through courses addressing responsible leadership, sustainability-related research projects, student engagement initiatives, and collaborations with business and society, we aim to equip students with the knowledge and perspectives needed to understand the broader consequences of business decisions.
Transparency and continuous improvement are important parts of this commitment. Since 2015, MBS has published regular reports documenting its activities, achievements, and areas for further development.
Our Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) reports provide an overview of how Munich Business School has developed its approach to responsible management education over time. They document developments in teaching, research, institutional practices, and engagement with the wider community, and offer insights into the initiatives and partnerships through which MBS seeks to contribute to responsible business and management practices.
