Prof. Dr. Alexandra Hauser

Prof. Dr. Alexandra Hauser holds a doctorate in psychology, is a trainer and systemic business coach. She has been Professor of Responsible Leadership at Munich Business School since October 2021. Her research, training and consulting focus is on leadership development (e.g. Leading in the digital age, Self-Leadership, Health-Oriented Leadership), as well as Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics.
In spring 2023, she was elected by the Senate as Vice Dean Learning and Teaching of Munich Business School where she focuses in particular on the topic "Future of Teaching" at MBS.
Prof. Dr. Alexandra Hauser studied psychology in Freiburg and earned her doctorate at the Center for Leadership and People Management of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich in the field of personnel development and leadership. After her work at the LMU, she worked at the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning at the Technical University of Munich as Head of Learning Design (Executive and Professional Education) and as an expert for professional and leadership development. She is also co-founder and shareholder of the Munich Center for Leadership GmbH. She is also a volunteer in the Human Capital Club e.V. Munich and a member of the German Psychological Society (DGPs) and the Professional Association of German Psychologists (BDP).
