Yanina Mokrynska is a certified project manager (IPMA Level D), Prosci Change Management Practitioner, SAP Certified Associate – Organizational Change Management, and Scrum Master. She has many years of experience in agile and traditional projects and supports companies in change processes, especially in international environments. As a trainer and lecturer, she imparts practical knowledge on project management, agility, and change management—both at Munich Business School and in individual courses for business clients, which she offers online and on-site.
