MBS Customer Review

An academic contribution on the topic of credibility of electronic word-of-mouth, published by MBS alumna Alexandra Albon, MBS Professor Dr. Patricia Kraft, and lecturer Prof. Dr. Carsten Rennhak has been granted the Best Paper Award at the London conference “New Directions in Multidisciplinary Research & Practice” in mid-May.

The conference organizers awarded the paper, which empirically examines the credibility of mouth-to-mouth recommendations using customer ratings in social networks as an example, the prize for the best contribution in the Business & Economics track. It will be published in the conference proceedings as a follow-up to the event.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Baldi, the dean of Munich Business School, congratulates: “The contribution and success of the MBS author trio once again shows that MBS carries out high-calibre applied research, and that this is also appreciated by external parties. Congratulations to the authors!”
