This interactive workshop explores the topic of neurodiversity through the lens of workplace wellbeing, as part of the EU co-funded project STAY OK – Rethinking Wellbeing at Workplaces in EU SMEs.
Trainers, mentors, coaches, and educators in general are often on the frontlines of supporting individuals in both learning and professional settings. Yet how many of us truly feel equipped with the knowledge and tools to confidently recognize and engage with neurodiverse individuals?
Led by expert Astrid Brüggemann, this workshop will raise awareness, deepen your understanding of neurodiversity, and – most importantly – equip you with practical strategies you can immediately apply in your classroom, training sessions, or everyday workplace interactions.
We will conclude the session with an introduction to the STAY OK Training Curriculum and the STAY OK Open Guide for VET Providers: two practical resources designed to empower educators and promote inclusive practices across both workplaces and learning environments.
About Astrid Brüggemann:
Astrid Brüggemann combines personal experience with professional insight to raise awareness about neurodiversity—especially autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. This is a matter close to her heart and her training helps organizations create inclusive environments through practical adjustments, reducing stress and misunderstandings while improving collaboration.
