The practice-oriented expertise imparted on the program can be applied in all areas of business, administration, consultancy and education, as well as in other areas. The training has been approved by the "Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching e.v.". (DBVC) and the International Organization for Business Coaching (IOBC).

Objectives

The central objective of the program is to develop responsible coaches with the capacity to identify and systematically expand their coachees’ spectrum of perceptions, attitudes and behaviors. This will help you to develop the following skills and abilities as a coach:
